Wonderful
The location of Sheraton Hotel is very convenient and the place is peaceful. The room was big, well maintained, bed was very comfortable and staff was highly professional. From cost benefit viewpoint is positive!

I stayed for two nights and was very pleased with my choice. The room was large and luxurious, featuring a king-size bed that was incredibly comfortable, a spacious bathroom with both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, and reliable free Wi-Fi. The hotel is centrally located—perfect for exploring Bratislava on foot, with a shopping mall and several tourist attractions nearby.
The only minor downside was that the marathon was taking place right outside during my stay, which caused a bit of disruption. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again.

Service and staff were brilliant from start to finish.
Really helpful and friendly, they helped us book trains to go into Vienna for the day.
Rooms are lovely,spacious and comfortable.
My only gripe would be that the pool was not heated so after paying for the facilities the only option was the sauna and steam room.

The room is very spaceous.
Breakfast is decen.
Hotel is old and outdated. Mini bar is filled up only per request. It does not have the premium feel of a Sheraton - anymore. It seemed also very empty at the time of a visit. SPA is cozy, however the pool is ice cold - sauna is OK.
Our room was not tidied and the cleaning lady knocked very late in the afternoon and tried again in the evening
