Front desk staff was excellent. Room was very spacious. Location could not be better. Workout room was top notch.
They allow dogs in the breakfast area. Two barked at each other and it was very unsettling. You should only allow service dogs in the restaurant or require dogs (and their owners) to remain in the outdoor seating area. Was very unpleasant unhygienic to have them beg, scratch and lick themselves on the floor right next to us.

Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Perfect location to walk to all the sites. It is also a pretty location on the wide central avenue. My room overlooked it. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Dinner at the Savoy was excellent & a very good price.

Weird outlet in the bathroom. Not only did my euro to US adapter not fit, the hotel hairdryer plug didn't fit either. Had to dry my hair in the room. There was a large mirror there fortunately.

The jacuzzi is amazingly designed but really impractical There are no strong currents and it doesn't meet the needs of a jacuzzi. Too bad Contrary to the advertisement, there is no air conditioning system, the room cannot be cooled. To cool the room, you have to open a window. It really doesn't make sense for a hotel of this level.

Location is amazing.Rooms are enough big.Staffs are kind.
For Jewish or muslim person breakfast is so weak , breakfast has only mnay variant of pork profucts.When i ask about beef products they answered "we have turkey and chicken".There is no beef products and its a shame.Hotel beds are so soft and when you sleep, in the middle of the bed gets U shape and its uncomfortable for sleep.
