Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived tired after a very early flight and some time in town and were able to check in early.
Nice room on a high floor with a view on the town.
Quiet and comfortable room. Great location.
The furniture and room setup looks quite dated and will need to be modernized at some point.

Location is perfect. Easy to get to in the car, yet right in the center of the old city.
Finding the entrance/parking garage for check-in was a little challenging. We parked and walked about a block. The concierge was fantastic to walk back out and show us how to drive into the garage!

Absolutely amazing room! The terrace was so worth it. Glad we paid the extra money to have the outside space. Super great location and was very nice to have A/C. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We had a fantastic stay! We also bought a bottle of wine and the staff was super helpful getting us a bucket of ice and a cork screw. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is directly at the big square in the old town. Easy to visit all main sites by walking.
We forgot one phone in the room and the hotel called us wihtin 1 h after leaving the hotel, this was really great that they informed us so quick.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff too. The location could not be better. I don't like that I had to pay extra for the car parking service. It is done in a much older and well-renovated and preserved hotel. Some things in the bathroom need to be renovated and the hotel management must pay attention to that.
I have to pay extra money for parking.

The bar staff was cocky and the drinks were more than double the price from five stars properties in Europe. The rooms felt very simple and cheap.
