The accommodation is excellent, clean, and cozy. The breakfast is very good, with a nice selection of fresh food. A small gift for the dog is a thoughtful detail. The receptionist is friendly, helpful, and willing to solve any problem.

Very clean room
We were woken up by loud music in the hotel hallway, and the cleaning staff in the neighboring room were talking constantly while cleaning. The noise was very unpleasant and disrupted our stay.

The staff was very friendly & very helpful! Hotel had a nice cosy feeling.. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Ive also used vitallness & I was pleasantly surprised.. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Bratislava :-)

It was clean, staff polite and professional, breakfast good.
Parking was too small for bigger cars, and part of that with almost no investment. Hotel is in ugly area.

I liked the breakfast, we found good shops near the hoter, also we could use the parking outside that wasn't expensive as the parking in the hotel
I didn't like the price of the parking, I didn't like the hotel generally because it isn't so nice.

he hotel overall is not premium as you could think from the name. For similar price better choose more famous chain hotels. The SPA you cannot get for free, you need to book the special package (reasonable from 2 persons at least)
