There are no breakfast available, tax paid additionally at the property is different from what is in booking.com description (owner knows this) and the children playground facilities that are in the listings pictures on booking.com are not there (guess the pictures presented are rather old). Air conditioning and some possibilities for breakfast/eating would be nice.

Fantastic place. Clean, comfortable, excellent Wifi, quiet, affordable, excellent hosts.
The location is good - close to main bus routes, there is a store within walking distance. Things of interest, however, are too far to walk to.
