The location is extremely good. The furniture seemed to be new; The room was very clean. The staff was helpful.
The shower doesn't look as advertised on Booking AT ALL. The walls and doors are very thin and you hear the noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. The elevator is very old; This hotel is more suitable for single, low budget guests than couples on Holiday. Will not return. Lastly, bare in mind they only clean the room after 4 nights of stay, so if you're coming for 3 nights, you don't get any house keeping service. They claim to have wrote it in the description, I didn't see it until after booking.

What thay announced and what it really is, it's far from reality, and staffs hospitality wasn't that nice. Also we booked two rooms with double beds but got one room with two twin beds.

Wonderful
We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect. Close to the old town but not inside it, therefore there was no noise. The staff was also great, so eager to help with everything. We loved the breakfast and the dining area was small, but very comfortable. A truly great stay
The only matter was the elevator. A bit small. We did not have much luggage (just backpacks), but perhaps it would be even more uncomfortable with luggage.

Very Good
Perfect location, 5-min walk from the old city centre and Bratislava Castle, food shops around and the central train station only 3-min by bus. Good bed, comfy and clean room.
A lot of noise from the common hall, very thin walls, you could here literally everything from your neighbours.

Wonderful
The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the heart of the Old Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There is a paid parking area around 120 meters away, costing €15 per night. The elevator is a bit small, especially if you have large luggage. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful
Good location outside the old town area, large room with an amazing balcony. Too bad it rained so we could not use it much. Beds were nice and customer service was good. A nice rainforest shower head.
Doors are thin and you can hear people in the hallway easily. Walls a little thin as well, but was not an issue!

Very big, nice clean spacious room, big comfortable bed, big TV, nice city view, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

They are only clean to room every 4 days, but they dont mention in booking, when I asked to receptionist he told me we can not write everything to booking!! Receptionists are not helpful

Pension Petit was in a very good location for walking to things as well as the public transport. The staff was exceptional in being helpful. The breakfast that was available with the adjacent restaurant was very good.

The breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was rather average.
Overall, the offering did not live up to the price point. While certain aspects were acceptable, the overall quality and experience fell short of what one would reasonably expect given the cost.

Nothing. I booked 2 rooms same kind and I receveid 2 different. One was ok and the other was like a worker dormitory.
The attitude of the manager. She had a funny explanation : we just update the rooms and we did not finish all of them. This is not a hotel. Is a space tranformed into a place they call " hotel".

The staff were great. Super helpful. English was really good. Bedroom was really big.
NO AIR CONDITIONING. It's high 30s and we sweat all night. They're is a small fan, but it doesn't do anything helpful. Tried sleeping with the windows open hoping the temperature would drop, but it didn't. Then the sun was shining at 5am. Horrible night for 110€. Wheen we were checking in, they told us there was a fan because of lack of a/c. They said it was listed on booking.vom as having no a/c. I pulled out my phone and gave to them. They went through to the facilities and told me there is no a/c listed. Who m what hotel has no a/c, especially in the summer time? There should be something telling people there's no a/c. It's a trap. They trick people. They already had my money and didn't care if i stayed or left.
