It was not a hotel but rather an apartment. I found it quite uncomfortable, and the overall experience did not match my expectations. Access through multiple coded doors was inconvenient, and the apartment lacked the comfort and atmosphere I expected.

The room was big and spacious and the hotel is smack down in the old town so you can walk to the main sites or take short tram rides between them
This is something I already knew but I would have loved that the room had A/C - They did have a fan which helped matters a lot but we had to have the windows open which let the noise from the bar downstairs seep into the room making it a bit difficult to fall asleep

The location was not bad and it was close to the bus station. I was expecting better conditions based on the pictures, but it was fine for a night
There is no AC, I was surprised ?. Especially in this heat it might sound a problem for many, There are couple of tools that they can give to make the room be cooler. I will suggest to not stay in upper floors if it is possible, so you will tolerate the heat. the elevator was outdated and I was scared anytime I had to use it.

Quiet cheap, good located.
No air conditioner. It's impossible to sleep with the windows open because of the loud Spanish talking under windows until 3 a.m. The hotel is listed on Booking as a 3-star hotel, but in fact it is listed as a 2-star hotel on Google Maps.

I needed a place for one night and this place was perfect. Very warm welcome by the two gentlemen who were at the reception. Check-in was quick and all the necessary details were provided. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It was warm in the room as there was no AC which I was aware of when I booked it. However, with the Windows open, I had a nice breeze in the room. It was a single bed, but it was very comfortable as we were the pillows. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower had excellent water pressure. Lots of towels provided. The hotel was just 3 to 4 minutes walk from old town. Very happy with my choice of hotels.

The location is extremely good. The furniture seemed to be new; The room was very clean. The staff was helpful.
The shower doesn't look as advertised on Booking AT ALL. The walls and doors are very thin and you hear the noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. The elevator is very old; This hotel is more suitable for single, low budget guests than couples on Holiday. Will not return. Lastly, bare in mind they only clean the room after 4 nights of stay, so if you're coming for 3 nights, you don't get any house keeping service. They claim to have wrote it in the description, I didn't see it until after booking.

What thay announced and what it really is, it's far from reality, and staffs hospitality wasn't that nice. Also we booked two rooms with double beds but got one room with two twin beds.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect. Close to the old town but not inside it, therefore there was no noise. The staff was also great, so eager to help with everything. We loved the breakfast and the dining area was small, but very comfortable. A truly great stay
The only matter was the elevator. A bit small. We did not have much luggage (just backpacks), but perhaps it would be even more uncomfortable with luggage.
