Room was spacious, comfortable and bright. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Generally a good experience in this hotel.

Amazing check in by Michaela, overnight as I arrived from a very delayed flight. She arranged for late check out for me within minutes and booked an amazing fast hair appointment next morning, I truly felt like royalty and appreciated everyone’s hospitality. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, variety of food and Slovak specialties were truly remarkable for the price offered. I will most definitely return.

Staff was wonderful. Has a parking garage under the hotel which was super convenient (at an extra cost of coarse).
Very close to expressway. Breakfast was extensive and good.
Could have a grab bar in the stand up shower which would help an older person like myself.

We booked a bigger room on the 6th floor, which - despite an odd window placement - had a great view when you tip-toed.
The room itself was huge, had a desk, big TV, leather chairs and a bathroom with tub _and_ shower, and two sinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the biggest selling point - and reason to choose this hotel again - was the complementary fitness area with gym, pool, whirlpool and sauna. The hotel is also next to a shopping mall that is open 7 days a week and very close to the air port.
The hotel is quite outside of town (20 min by bus). The chairs and some of the furniture definitely have seen better days, also the AC is very noisy. And even though everything was paid in advance via booking.com, they still required a credit card at check-in as deposit, which felt a bit unusual.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and good quality. The restaurant also impressed us: the food there was really delicious and definitely recommended.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the room that affected our stay. The TV was dirty when we arrived, and there was no room service on the first day. We also had problems with the air conditioning and the window, which were not caused by us. Overall, the room service was rather mediocre.

It is an ok hotel, but there are thing to repair and renovate already.
They charge full price for breakfast for kids (9 and 10 year old).
Parking is 15 euros a night.
Altogether that brought the price of the room quite high.
Kids are not allowed to spa after 18:00, but in the morning and till the afternoon the spa does not work. So no swimming pool for the kids as a result.

We had an excellent stay at NH Bratislava Gate One.
Both my wife and I were very impressed — the room was modern, spotless, and wonderfully quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was outstanding. Perfect for a one-night stay in Bratislava — we would happily come back!

Wonderful
The wellness area was amazing — warm jacuzzi, cold pool, and two great saunas (dry 90° and wet 45°). The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was really spacious. The hotel overall is clean and has a solid standard for relaxation.
The furniture in the room looked somewhat dated, and the bathroom shower lacked a cover, allowing water to splash onto the floor. The location is about a 20-minute ride from the city centre, and we did hear some car noise from outside.
