Location is very central. Close to the Train Station and tram stop at a stone's throw from the hotel, giving it an excellent connectivity to the city center.
We got a free upgrade to a Junior suite and access to the executive lounge. Room was very clean and spacious with all the amenities.
The breakfast buffet was also extensive
The staff at reception and bar was also friendly and helpful
In all, an excellent stay
The coffee machine in our room was not working properly, but it was not a deal breaker as we had access to unlimited tea/coffee and snacks in the executive lounge.

The hotel was excellent, the service was perfect and the staff was super helpful and polite. Breakfast was also at great variety and absolutely delicious. I am definitely going to recommend this hotel to any future visitors!

The hotel lobby is very modern and has nice decor. The room was also modern, nice bathroom and comfy bed and bedding.
As soon as I stepped out of the elevator I thought I am in a different hotel. The walls and specially the carpets are filthy, many stains, scratches and scuffs, nothing like the lobby entrance.. I also found several dark long hairs on the bathroom floor, and small bits on the carpet by the the bed which indicates that mopping and vacuuming is not done after each guest. I also wasn’t able to use the coffee maker in the room as the water tank had something white floating in it.

Very close to the railway station. Small and basic room.
The bathroom/ shower has clear glass and no door. Fully exposed if you are sharing a room with someone. Only toilet has a door.

Excellent location for visitors coming by train (like us). The hotel is very near the train station (5 minutes walk). We were surprised that there is a 24-hour executive lounge (with coffee, juice, cold drinks, fruits, snacks, candys, nuts, etc.) for our use. The in-room minibar/fridge was also filled with drinks (free of charge). The front desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Transportation by bus/tram to (old) town was also easy and convenient with tram stops right by the hotel. Visitors can just us a credit card to tap on a ticket machine on the tram to get 30 minutes of ride for approx. 1 euro (or 60 minutes for 1.6 Euros). Your credit card serves as your paid ticket too.

Over all nice
The room cleaning !!! Only every 3 days !! Even not garbage cleaning. The bathroom is open and everything is transparent. Not nice. No facilities to enter on front with the luggage and they have 4 or 5 steps.

Very central located, near central station and connected to everywhere. Pleasant hotel staff, which unfortunately I can’t say about the rest of the tourist locations I visited. Overprized breakfast 18 eur pp ,
Overall, the hotel was the best for me in Bratislava
As a foreign visitor to this country, we experienced poor treatment. On our way back to the airport, I took bus 61 and paid for two tickets (for me and my mother). During the ride, ticket inspectors came in and fined me 79 euros because I had paid for both tickets with the same credit card. In their system, it showed that only one ticket had been paid for. Even though I showed them an online statement from my bank as proof, they refused to listen and were extremely rude because I am from Macedonia. Shameful. Zero compassion . Unfortunately my only memory for this country will be their treatment

the so called executive lounge wasn’t worth having. nothing worked in there and cleaning of used cups and plates weren’t cleaned so didnt utilize the lounge
