The room, breakfast, and the staff were all great!
The air conditioning was not working during our stay, and the room felt very warm and stuffy. To make things worse, there was a plastic cover over the window that blocked any airflow, making it impossible to ventilate the room naturally.

Rooms were good sized and the building itself was pleasant/tidy with very helpful staff available.
Air conditioning in the room was hardly functioning and rooms could have been more cleaner. Several dead insects on the carpet and stains on walls all across the room and toilet floor.

The location, the hotel design and the staff were perfect
The carpet in our room was stained and looked unclean with a mess of someone’s hair left. The curtain was not properly fixed on the rail and was hanging loose on one side

a surprise... a really good gem of a hotel to stay in Bratislava. Breakfast and dinner options were more than acceptable and a bonus, the location... a really short walk from the main railway station (easy peasy if dragging suitcases) and not far either from tourist sites (we walked to all)
not much .. except for a it of confusion regarding our hotel room account (which was checked and quickly corrected)

What a pleasant place to stay! The location was great! Close to the main train station, next to the tram to take you into the old city, but far enough away that it's quiet. We stayed here over new year's and we were glad we stayed out of the busy tourist area.
The breakfast buffet was huge and really good. We ate once at the restaurant, and that was quite good too!
Would recommend.
