The location of the hotel is quite convenient, relatively close or well connected to many of the attractions in the city. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional.
It was a bit chill, the heating was not quite enough but the staff helped us with an electric radiator which made it more confortable.

We did not ordered the breakfast. Due to walking distance from the medical center in Kramáre hotel Brix was for us the best choice.

The hotel is close to the tram stop from which you can get to the city center. It’s also a few stops from the main train station.
We ordered food in the restaurant the next day and it was delicious.
The room was spacious.
The lady at reception was really helpful and friendly.
There was no remote for the AC in the room so we couldn’t use it and the night was really hot that day so it was hard to sleep

Lovely hotel overall. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean.
Would prefer a shower on the bathroom. It was shower in the bath but no curtain. I was surprised there was no USB charging points I the room.

Good location for the price. Great breakfast options in the morning, friendly stuff. Like it
Shower in the bathroom, could be improved by placing a shower holder in the bath. Also the shampoo and soap was hard to squeeze and for the clients show be usefull a shower glass

the only thing about this hotel was the breakfast was good, room was not cleaned every day, towel was changed only after we asked for it.
We wanted to cancel the last day of our stay and we did not ask for a refund, we asked for a recalculation of that last day for breakfasts and were refused

Everything was fine. Rooms are nice, comfortable, clean, with all necessary items. Breakfast was great. There is a parking lot just in front of the hotel, which you have to reserve in advance. Every recommendations.
