Staff (except the cleaning lady) was kind and professional.
Day 1: when I arrived to the room there was a strange smell, and I found some old food in the safe => they apologized and I got free chocolate ... so OK, shit happens :-)
Day 2: I was in the bed (11 pm) and heard a VERY loud sound from the bathroom - stinky water started to flow from the drain in both the bathtub and from the floor (it stopped after ~3 minutes) ... so OK, sometimes you have really bad luck :-/
Day 3: I put a "do not disturb" sign to my door, but: at 6:30am I was woken up by the hammer drill (probably a room above me) - it stopped after ~15 minutes ... then at 9:30am the cleaning lady woke me up with intense knocking, and said something about the fact that I had to checkout today (I didn't understand her completely, she probably spoke Ukrainian) ... and the checkout is till 11am :-(
The whole problem is, that I don't believe in 3 days of "serial bad luck" ...

Hotel is located right in the CENTRAL shopping mall. There's a lot of restaurants nearby and tram/bus station is 3mins away. The facilities were clean and nicely looking. The breakfast was very good with wide variety to choose from, although I'd appreciate pancakes. Nevertheless, the breakfast was great. Staff was helpfull and nice. The parking is at the bottom lot of the mall and costs 24 eur/day. Bathroom had red light for heating. Bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was a walk-through type, which is nice, I am just not used to it. After shower, there was some water that probably went through the shower stall. Otherwise the bathroom was very nice and even futuristic. The wellness is separate from the hotel and a bit pricey.

Good location with possibility of parking and decent breakfast buffet. Having the shopping mall right next to it is a great advantage

Breakfast was amazing! Smoked salmon is something I’ve never seen at a breakfast buffet. There were other unique items like grapefruit juice. View was very nice; the 13th floor bar had a very nice view and atmosphere. You can get some complementary drinks at the bar, too. I liked the modern vibe, and the convenience of apples and water near the front desk. Red light in the bathroom was a nice touch, but it turned off too quickly.
The length will probably make it seem worse than it is, and none of the following are dealbreakers in my mind. The biggest thing is probably that ac doesnt go below 22C. And even then it didnt feel like 22, and I couldn’t tell much of a difference after changing it. That definitely gave me some sleep problems on the first day, and we ended up cracking a window which seemed to help. Other small things were the shower having a small gap where water can get out if you’re not careful, and that the bathroom does have a bit of a couples vibe with the semi transparent glass (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing). Bathroom could use a fan, but not a huge deal. A lot of these things are probably due to the sustainability practices.

Great localization, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, incredible view from the outlook lounge.
The terrace gets closed after breakfast hours, there is no place to spend time and relax outside of your room between the time when the breakfast ends and outlook lounge opens.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which felt warm and welcoming. The staff clearly cares about making guests happy. The service was excellent and friendly, and I want to give a special shoutout to Darius at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, and went out of his way to help with any questions. He even gave us a room with a beautiful view, which made our stay extra special. His excellent English and wonderful personality left us speechless. Every hotel should have an employee like Darius!
The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices—fresh fruits and veggies for juicing, lots of breads, and plenty of options for vegetarians and even for vegans. The hotel isn’t right in the city center or old town, but it’s only about two kilometers away. You can take a Bolt for €4.5 or hop on tram lines 4 or 9. Plus, there’s a big shopping mall right below the hotel, which is super convenient.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!
At night, during certain hours, there was a faint, muffled noise from some kind of machine.
