Close to train station for day trip to Vienna.
There was no reception staff until 2pm....for check in...the desk was closed until then....so could not leave your bags to go for a walk around.....

The bed was comfortable and the location is good not that far and it is quiet place which i like and the staff their are friendly
That at the room the lights not all of them were working especially in the bathroom
And there were no slippers in the hotel as it supposed to be in a 3 star hotel and there is no mini fridge in the room but as all it wasn’t bad was good

We had a nice stay at Hotel Viktor in Bratislava. Good balance of price, rooms availability, and quality. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was clean and very spacious, with a modern design.
Although we had booked a one-bedroom room, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a two-bedroom apartment instead. The bathroom was huge and had everything we needed, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was warm, which was especially nice after a cold day out in the city. The only thing we missed in the room was a fridge, which would have made our stay even more convenient.
The hotel offers its own parking, both on the street and in an underground garage, which is divided into two sections. The first part is spacious, but the second section has a very low ceiling, and not every SUV can fit. If you have an XXL SUV or Jeep, make sure to check the clearance before entering, as parking there can be challenging, so parking outside might be a better choice.
There are a couple of things to be aware of. As mentioned, the underground garage is split into two sections, and the section farther from the entrance is really only suitable for smaller cars. Naturally, most guests park in the first section. Even though the receptionist knew we had a large car and could see the garage cameras, she didn’t mention that there were no available spots for bigger vehicles and simply told us to park in the garage. We eventually managed to squeeze into a tiny space, but parking with just 1 cm of clearance on all sides was quite a stressful experience.
Another thing to note is that all room doors, the main entrance, and even the elevator are controlled by your room access card, which is deactivated exactly at checkout time (10:00 am), no matter where you are in the hotel. In our case, we were stuck between doors on our floor and couldn’t use the elevator or access the garage to get our car. The reception desk was unattended at that time (and there were other people waiting for help at the same time), but luckily, we found housekeeping staff who helped us. So, make sure to check out and leave before 10 am to avoid any inconvenience.

I had booked the hotel for New Year’s Eve .From the very moment of arrival, the receptionist was not polite at all. In a raised tone, he told me that they were not working and that they open at 14:00 PM . We had arrived earlier in Bratislava and I simply wanted to wait somewhere warm as it was 3°C outside.
After checking into the room, I wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water. I went back to the reception, where I was told that there was a problem and that it would be fixed by the evening. I asked why I had not been informed about this issue at check-in, and the receptionist told me that if I had complaints, I should contact the hotel manager.
I contacted the hotel manager, but she did not speak good English and we could not understand each other. I was asked to send a text message. I sent a very polite message, and the only reply I received was “16:30 PM a technician will come,” written in Slovak, even though I had written in English!
The technician never came and the problem was never solved. The next day I contacted the manager again requesting compensation for the situation, but I never received any response!
Traveling 1,500 km for New Year’s Eve, paying money, and in the end not even being able to take a shower is unacceptable!
There was no shower gel or shampoo in the room, only dishwashing liquid! The restaurant does not work, there is nowhere to get anything to eat or drink, and the hotel is located in such a part of the city where there are no nearby places like shopes , cafe or reataurants.
For 3-star hotel, there are not even disposable slippers or a kettle to heat water either.
I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend this hotel.

This should not called as Hotel. They don’t start check in before 2pm and if you arrive bit early they don’t even open the door to stay in waiting area. Staff is too busy in doing their own thing even though you are waiting. No drinking water & breakfast facilities .

The girl at the reception was very nice. The cleaning stuff was helpful.
The walls are very thin. We could literally hear the next door person snoring and from the other side a guy speaking on the phone. No a single international channel on TV. A water kattle would be nice to have in the room.

The lady at the reception desk speaks very good english and she was very polite and helpful
There is a lot of noise in the hotel. The entrance door was beeping very lodly every time somebody would use it, the door to the hallway was closing shut automatically and very loudly and the door to the room was creaking very loudly. Overall a bad experience, since the point was to sleep in this hotel, but I couldn't fall asleep for 6 hours because of the loud noises.

The room was spacious and contained everything necessary. The staff were really friendly and helpful - our travel kettle broke, and the lady at reception helped us with a spare kettle for our room. The location is great for getting to the river, the park and restaurants. Parking in the underground garage is for free.
The cost for our dog (€20) was more than we expected, and was not listed on the booking page. We were hoping for breakfast, but the restaurant was closed.
