Decent room for a decent price, and for a little extra, a very good breakfast. There is a supermarket and a bus station nearby. For its price it is very good, but some things could be improved.
The location is near to the city center but you can go only by bus- cant walk there. So if you want to return later at night, you will have to take a taxi. Also, the beds are not too comfortable, very hard.

The hotel is pretty old and cover only basic needs: shower, beds, towels, soap, fan, small refrigerator. Room was very small. Parking is nearby and free of charge. If you need to spend a night somewhere - it is a good place.
All rooms with odd numbers are super noisy because of the road nearby. No hairdryer in the room. Very old building with the construction inside.

Totally mess due ongoing construction, holes in the room walls, no exhaust in bathroom, no hangers in closet nor in the bathroom, missing light bulbs.

The place is near the road and a bit old. However, the host was very helpful. We got in late at night, and they left the keys for us in the locker. There is a parking in front of the building.
There is construction in the next building, and they started making a lot of noise early in the morning

We had breakfast included, but there was a lack of food. Nobody was doing refilling eaten items.

The interior was much nicer than I had expected, and the stuff was wonderful - they were friendly and eager to help me.
The exterior and parking are not great, but not too bad.

Clean place and cooperative staff.
Could make special requests such as borrowing iron.
The mini fridge was there (though empty).
Very close to bus stations for easy commute
Room 11 is challenging to sleep in -- constant noise of highway traffic coming and going, day/night even if you close the windows.
Very thin curtains - can't help in reducing the brightness at dawn to sleep easily.
An electric kettle in the room would be great as well.
