Impeccable bathroom and bedroom. I don't think I've seen a cleaner bathroom while staying in a hotel, not even a single spec of mold. Exceptional location, just 10 minutes walk from the central railway station. Close to the city centre, about 20 minutes walk. Good breakfast, which I did not see in the conditions, but it was nice. The staff was really accomodating and helpful. The artworks everywhere were originals not cheap prints over a canvas, not that this improves your stay in any way, but it brings a bit of sophistication.
The bathroom has a hair conditioner and a body lotion besides the typical soap and shampoo.
The beds were comfortable.
The air conditioning is an old piece of Gorenie weird conditioner which goes out in a thick tube, makes a lot of noise but in general it's quite inefficient. I was staying at the end of May and it wasn't that warm in the night although the daily temperature has risen to 31 degrees, but I can't imagine what's going to be in July.

That was the hotel from my long trip in Europe with the nicest team that made everything to help in everything.
It is not about the hotel itself but rather the fact that it is hard to find things to eat or supermarkets in the walking distance , after 19-20.

Spacious room, good wifi, friendly staff. The breakfast included is nice. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly and helpful.
Although its location is close to the main railway station on the map, by walking, one has to make a long loop, using elevated walkways to cross a main road. If you have heavy luggage and arrive by rail, beware. Alternatively, you can use the bus and ride one stop, and get to the hotel easily without the need to lug your bags up and down slopes and elevated walkways.

Room was lovely. Breakfast was small but very flavorable. They prepared a box for me as I really didn't feel good one day and I marvelled how tasty it was. Would love to try this place when they are finished remodeling the restaurant. Ideally you.might want your room in the back and maybe not on the main street. Ubers were like $5 bucks to town.

Best hotel in Bratislava. I loved my stay, as always.
Staff is responsive and friendly, and very professional. An easy Uber to/from the Old Town. (Dropoff at Michael's Gate, pickup at Hotel Carlton on the main square is the easiest).
Breakfast is high quality, lots of options, in a quiet and relaxing main lounge. Goes from 7 - 10am, real easy.
Hotel is pretty, good quality with solid noise reduction from the outside. Really high quality (pricey) restaurant on premises, with great food, outstanding service, and relaxing atmosphere. Able to handle large parties or single visitors.
Extensive and superb quality wine and spirits selection, with locally made bottles, and a store on premises where you can buy some to take home as gifts.
Rooms were setup like the 5-Star hotels of a few decades ago. Super comfortable, clean, relaxing decor, tasteful. Everything worked perfectly: lights, refridgerator, bathroom, hot water, etc.
Hard rock style nightclub and separate concert theater, as well as main tram lines, all within a short walking distance. Getting to train in the morning is a nice easy walk, great for waking up.
Can't say enough about how much I enjoy my stay here when I must come to Bratislava.
Location is a bit tricky. Main road, lots of construction, although my room stayed quiet. Taxi/Uber pickup is very tricky, as it's right on the main road and there are only two parking spaces in the front of the building, (main parking is in the rear of the hotel, up a very steep ramp).
You can walk from the Main Train Station easily in 15 minutes, if you take the upstairs pedestrian bridge. No handicapped access, and crossing the main road below is near impossible, (like crossing a freeway).

Location is near the train and tram station. The bus stop is nearby too. All stations are few minutes walk. The room is spacious!
If you have a lot of luggage, the walk to the location is not good: there is no crosswalk; it is an overpass.
Uber will decline because it is too close. The Best option is to take bus 32, get off at the 2nd stop, and walk back towards the hotel.

Super close to the main train/buses/tram station. Breakfast was good; bedroom clean, warm and comfy. Staff super friendly and kind!
The WiFi was acting up a bit, but it worked. Ps: I think a little bit more of Xmas decor would have been even better

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all basic amenities.The breakfast was good, with fresh and tasty options each morning. The location was convenient, close 5 minutes walk to the main train station.
The hotel is a bit away from the city center, so it took some time to reach major attractions.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was relatively small selection but good. Staff were very responsive and accommodating and rescheduled my stay to be one day earlier with minimal fuss (because of Booking's own messaging/scheduling system, neither staff nor I were sure if my rescheduling had gone through as intended until I arrived). Wifi was stable enough.
The location on the map is deceiving--technically the hotel IS right next to the train station, but there is no direct access (unless you want to risk a run-in with the police). Instead, you have to take a long way around and across an overpass. Also, the safe in my room did not work. Thankfully, this work trip was only one day and I did not have to bring my laptop, so I simply kept all my things with me at all times.

A hotel with large rooms near Bratislava train station. There are bus stops nearby, but I enjoyed walking to the center. 20-30min walk to everywhere as Bratislava is a small city. Bolt trip is €5. Very attentive staff at the reception and at the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay very much!
Large room but a bit old especially the carpet. But I still choose this hotel. Good value. Recommended.
