Disappointing
We had two meals at the hotel restaurant that were really good.
The carpet felt like it hadn't seen the vaccum cleaner for a very long time. I could literally feel small bits and pieces when I walked it. There was a pretty strong smell coming from shower drain that they tried to cover with some airwick but it really accumulated during the night when the window was closed. I couldn't open the window in the night because it was right over main busy road. I was either unlucky on an extraordinarily loud snorer in the next room or the walls are like paper. The bed was super loud and creaking like crazy with every move. Even though food was very good, the server was horrible - he took forever to check on us, had a private fight with another person in the middle of the place and didn't seem professional. I don't think that the price was adequate to the comfort and overal feeling of the place.

Only the location.
Except for the location, everything else was disappointing. The hotel felt neglected, dirty, with no proper service or even the minimum conditions expected for a comfortable stay.

The location was very convenient. There was a bus stopped right in front of the hotel.
It wasn’t at all sound proof and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

We liked the room—it was spacious and clean, although it had a slightly odd smell. The receptionists were kind and helpful.
The buffet was terrible. They only offered cow’s milk, so if you are vegan or lactose intolerant, there were no alternatives. The variety was very poor—I didn’t even have breakfast on the second day, despite having already paid for it.

It was one of the best sleeps I have had in a very long time. Easy to get to from.the train station. Nice staff. Cheap Air con was fantastic

Location was okay with plenty of busses and teams a short ride to the city centre. Although quite residential, it was okay and was fairly quiet. Plenty of shops , cafes etc nearby. Room was well priced too and breakfast was good for the price.
Rooms are a little tired and could do with overhaul and a coat of paint. Bed was okay but not the most comfy.

Wasn’t what I expected but it wasn’t bad. Major road works right outside the room. Very noisy though that is not their fault .

Is a comfortable place, the rooms are big. For a one night is ok.
The beds and pillows are a little old and stiff. The internet is quite bad, it cut around 8pm when we arrived and never worked again. But nothing too bad
