Wonderful
Hotel was lovely and Ivan at check in was so great and helpful. Breakfast was also fantastic with one of best we had.
Bed was too firm for our comfort.

Convenient location, good breakfast
We booked a superior room with a balcony to enjoy the river view, but instead of a balcony we got a view of a building with an advertisement for a children's game, very disappointing.

We were lucky to find a very good offer, and we truly enjoyed the stay. A slightly retro athmosphere, very friendly personnel, a good and reasonably priced restaurant and a great location.

Everything. Location was close to Old Town and river cruises and the castle. Excellent breakfast. I had a massage in their spa which had saunas, exercise equipment and a pool. Wish I had stayed longer.

Nice classic hotel located close to the city centre on the bank of the Danube river. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and equipped. Breakfast is good but not great, and the welcome drink voucher upon checking in is a nice extra. The complimentary spa access is great (swimming pool, wet and dry sauna). The massages are very cheap.
Being a hotel built in an age without smartphones and other handheld devices, I did not have sockets near the nightstand. No other complaints.

Love the patio and views of the Danube from the rooms. This has been my go to Bratislava hotel for many years.

Convenient location beside the old town and river cruise dock. Pool and spa were lovely.
Dated decor. We were given a smoking room at first, but they changed it immediately once we realized.

Most things are fine in my room. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is a little simpler yet quite tasty. The location is perfect. In General, it’s a good stay.
When I was waiting for check in a front desk staff is on the computer. She noticed I was the only guest there. She could have nodded at me or simply said “please wait” to me. Instead she never looked at me or said a word to me before she finished up the job. The problem is the hot water of the shower. The temperature of the water was oscillating, either burning hot or cold. I had to be very careful and quickly respond to the water temperature change to avoid being burned.

Breakfast was excellent, beds slept well and very friendly staff. And from the hotel you walk in 2 minutes into the city centre
Bathroom was nice, water was good, but but showers were a bit small.
