Located very close to bus stop Most SNP (first stop when you take Flix/Slovak line from Vienna airport), it’s also located in the same downtown.
Room was not very clean, there was long hairs on floor in the bathroom, staff didn’t clean it during 2 days.

Disappointing
I rarely spend time writing reviews, and out of sympathy for the hardships faced by the service industry, I refrain from posting negative comments. However, my experience at the Devin Hotel was truly unpleasant.
1. If a hotel is worried about guests stealing items from the mini-bar, it can simply not provide them. This hotel made guests pay a €140 deposit for this, and the deposit wouldn't be returned to their bank account until a week after normal check-out (the front desk would tell you it would be there immediately). It wasn't about the money; it was the unpleasant experience from beginning to end.
2. The so-called sauna and pool had very limited opening hours, and one of the two saunas was broken. The massage service was even more outrageous. When his hand touched me, I almost jumped out of my skin from the cold—it felt like encountering a ghost on Easter. The massage was weak and shaky. It was insane. I chose a massage that included a face, but after massaging my back and neck, he just walked away? I lay there for a while before going out to ask him, and he said, "Sorry, I didn't know..."
3. I called to inquire because I hadn't received my deposit, but the customer service representative didn't want to resolve the issue and told me to email them with a clear explanation! My English is excellent; why did I need to email such a simple question? Later, because I was angry, I said that if I needed assistance from another department, I should be transferred immediately, and only then did she transfer me.
I especially want to warn solo female travelers from Asia, or other Asian travelers, to avoid this hotel. Your politeness will only invite more offense; you can sense that their staff treats the vulnerable or foolish with disdain. Avoid this hotel!

The staff was very impolite in a couple of events. The concierge decided to serve a couple of very beautiful women even if my husband had the precedence in line at the desk.

The spa seems to be too small to handle the number of people (very crowded).
Some lifts don't take you to all the floors (e.g. some lifts don't go to the spa floor) so be careful which one you take.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and spa area. We spent time at the lobby bar as well. Just a really lovely hotel. We walked to the old town area numerous times.

The only thing I would change is the hours of the spa. Not opening until 2pm wasn’t working for me as I do my workouts in the mornings.

Good location
Unfortunately, the behavior of some staff members was not professional. They were often unresponsive and their attitude toward guests felt dismissive rather than welcoming. At times, it seemed that guests were not taken seriously.
One staff member in particular, a young woman with glasses named Simona (if I remember the name correctly), had a noticeably negative attitude toward guests. Her behavior made the stay uncomfortable and gave the impression that guests were not welcome.
Overall, this experience did not meet the basic expectations of hospitality, and the hotel management should seriously review staff behavior and customer service.

The location is great and I the spa was ok. That is all.
Our room was in the 4th floor - no hot water in the shower, the stuff doesn't care about it so we showered in the spa showers. The breakfast is poor, the bread was old and hard. Do not think about getting a massage in the spa!!! The massagist has no idea what is he doing, my boyfriend back was bruises all over. And he was playing phone (filming?) while massaging with one hand. When we asked to see his certificates - they don't have any information, they still forced us to pay for it. There is no one to talk to and it feels like all the thing rulled by a bunch of kids.

Very nice hotel, great location, big, comfortable and clean rooms, welcome-proseco drink, friendly staff. Very kind barman.
You have to pay to use parking of the hotel. Hotel is with spa, but you don't have the bathrobes in the room. Although breakfast ia served until 10.30 am, the staff stopped replenishing the food as early as 9.30

Great location, Old Town right behind, Danube across the street, UFO Tower nearby, easy to walk or take transit. Welcome drink and breakfast buffet were good. Cat cafe next door added some perks!
Room service ends before 10pm - also although there were lots of restaurants in the area, none of them offer late-night (after 11pm) service. I used Wolt to order from elsewhere and got delivered to my room tho.
