The personnel was forthcoming and helpful. The room was plain, clean, had a simple and practical furniture, comfortable beds. The cribs the hotel offers are solid and stable. Breakfast was decent, with sufficient variety. Good pastries. If you are looking for simplicity and practicality (and nothing above), this is your hotel.
The bathroom was rather too small, but still functional.

The hotel description mentioned TV streaming services, but the TV in the room was basic and not a smart TV. It didn't work well, which was disappointing since my child wanted to use it in the evening.

We weren't informed on advance about the ongoing remodeling. If I hadn't packed some earplugs, I would be extremely disappointed.

Wonderful
Good for the value. You will not miss anything but it's an old hotel which is renovating now. Very good breakfast and very nice location of it. Very comfortable beds.
The elevators are kind of creepy being so old.

Breakfast was very good and staff was very nice. Room maybe little bit old fashion, but clean.
Location was minus for us, little bit too far of city center. And dont never take taxi on the street there, they ask from tourists sick price, use Bolt app or something, its 4 x cheaper.

We liked breakfast, staff was very helpful, location is also great.
Hotel slogan was we are getting better and better since 1974, that's probably true, but that progress ended in 1975 or 1976, mostly room furniture and carpets looked like they are there since hotel opening.
