That it was close to areas
There was a serious ant infestation, and despite the circumstances, the owner refused to offer even a partial refund. I had also paid for an extra two hours so we could check in early. As soon as the owner left after check-in, I noticed ants throughout the apartment. When I raised the issue, the owner simply told us to use the black ant spray provided and offered to send someone to clean. However, we were only staying for two nights, and I didn't want someone coming into the apartment to fumigate or disturb our belongings during our stay. The apartment was in the basement, with windows and a private garden, but that doesn't excuse ants being inside. The worst part was finding ants in the bed. I ended up sleeping fully clothed with a scarf wrapped around my head because I felt so uncomfortable. My mum also found dead ants in the bed, and there were ants in the bathrooms as well. I also didn't feel comfortable leaving any food out or even leaving our suitcases open, as I was worried the ants would get into everything. Instead of being able to relax, we were constantly checking for ants. The following day, we decided we couldn't stay any longer, so we booked a hotel and left the apartment keys for the owner. I even asked whether we could be moved to another room or offered any alternative accommodation because it was clear the apartment wasn't suitable to stay in. Instead, the owner kept trying to reassure us that it wasn't a big issue rather than resolving it. What I found most disappointing was that the owner appeared to already know ants were getting into the apartment but continued accepting bookings anyway. That was completely unacceptable, and I don't think guests should be expected to deal with an infestation during their stay Also as i tried to message the owner he had blocked me preventing me from further messaging him. Horrendous stay would never go back again. Poor ownership and not hygiene friendly at all.

Well equipped and comfortable room. Very good breakfast with many options. Not far from airport and good transport connection to the city center. There was a supermarket in the building.
No transport stop near the hotel. So, if you don't have a car you'll have to walk 8-10 minutes to get to a nearest bus/tram stop. But need to say that the location looks very convenient for travelers with cars as there is big parking nearby.

room 615 does not have a pigeon net on its balkony and as of 4.00 am pigeons started to be noisy and active. Later on a cooled truck was standing below (probably to supply the kitchen with food ) with its engine and cooing system running, which added to the noise for abt 45min. Die the pigeon droppings, the balkony was dirty

Very good breakfast. Big parking for €10 per night. Clean bathroom. There is Tesco express just under the hotel open until 10pm and pizza place across the road. Very convenient because all supermarkets close early. There is nice balcony in the room, but smoking is forbidden ?
There was not air conditioning in the lobby. Air conditioning in the room was very weak and didn’t cool. There is no safe in the room, no closet in the room. Only one very thin pillow for each bed

The room was comfortable, efficient and modern, bathroom very small. There was very limited selection of services: practically no restaurant and no meal or snack available past lunchtime.
Meal options too limited: practically no food offered past 3 PM. And within the walking distance only pizza is available.

The personnel was forthcoming and helpful. The room was plain, clean, had a simple and practical furniture, comfortable beds. The cribs the hotel offers are solid and stable. Breakfast was decent, with sufficient variety. Good pastries. If you are looking for simplicity and practicality (and nothing above), this is your hotel.
The bathroom was rather too small, but still functional.

The hotel description mentioned TV streaming services, but the TV in the room was basic and not a smart TV. It didn't work well, which was disappointing since my child wanted to use it in the evening.

Good for the value. You will not miss anything but it's an old hotel which is renovating now. Very good breakfast and very nice location of it. Very comfortable beds.
The elevators are kind of creepy being so old.
