This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The staff is beyond. I never got a “no or sorry we can’t do that for you “. The hotel went above and beyond. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I ever had.

It was really beautiful, comfy, clean and the staff was kind to me.
I did not like that:
•Weeks before my arrival (when I booked it) they ask what type of bed and view you will want, and you pay for it. And at my arrival I did not get the view I asked for! And when I went to lobby to say this, they offered me another room with a “better” view but not the one I asked for… and the bed in that room was not the king size I initially said I wanted! So either way in whichever room I stayed, I would not have what I wanted and payed for… so I don’t get why they make you choose if at the end they will give you what they want/have. Not even if you pay in advance (as I did).
•After that room chance I had, they told me to wait 2 mins so they can give me the keys and help me move my lugagge, but they kept me waiting for little more than half an hour sitting there in the lobby!
•Once in my room, I was completely naked because I was already going to take a shower… but I was hungry and I like to eat clean, so in order to be ready and warm, I order room service before getting in the shower for it to be ready as soon as I get out. And then I realized none of the phones in my room was working… so I had to get dressed again and all uncomfortable went to the lobby to say my phone did not work, and they asked me to order my meal with theirs. And then had to wait for them to come and fix the phones.
Aaaannndd of course by the time my meal arrived I hadn’t take the shower and I ended eating it cold!
•When I am alone in a hotel room I get a little scared, so I like sleeping with the most soft light I can find on. And that’s when I figured out that not all lights in the room were working…
The next day they tried to recompensate me (by not charging the room service) but I don’t think that recompensation was enough. I only stayed for ONE night and all of that happened. I wasn’t comfortable nor completely happy with my stay.
Eitherway the staff and manager were really kind and nice people. And also I didn’t want to argue, so I just let it go…

Living room access was minimal. Very limited food and had to keep asking for replenishment. Should open earlier so you can get coffee. It would also be helpful if there was a coffee maker in the room.

The hotel impresses with its excellent location and direct river views. The modern rooms offer high comfort, and the attentive service ensures a thoroughly pleasant stay. Its proximity to the historic city centre and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers. Highly recommended. Don't forget to book your driver to pick you up in Vienna!
The cigars offered in the fumoir are significantly more expensive compared to general prices in Bratislava, which may not appeal to all guests. Additionally, the operation of the shower controls is somewhat unintuitive and could be improved for a more seamless experience...

great location 15 minutes in a beautyful side walk to old city center
