Nothing special
I arrived at 10 PM and unfortunately found the hotel closed. I had to go to another hotel to check in and then return home carrying my bags upstairs. No one was helping me, and the employee at the other hotel was depressed and unhelpful.

The receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming. She let us leave our bags with her after checkout since our flight was quite late in the day. They gave us tons of recommendations for food and activities nearby. The room definitely exceeded our expectations with its space, cleanliness and facilities. The bathroom floors were heated which was so nice. The beds were very comfy as well. Super clean space and great location, just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge terrace. The breakfast was quite satisfying, and we really liked the location of the accommodation. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
The key could be replaced with a card system, and the carpet in the hallway feels a bit old and has a slightly unpleasant smell. These are just small details, but improving them could enhance the overall experience.

The breakfast was such an incredible surprise - so far the best we’ve had on a 21 day trip. The rooms were lovely, large, with a great bathtub and comfy quiet space. It was super clean and very close to old town where we were meeting friends. All around a great place to stay!

It's located right in the old town. Walking distance to the most popular turist spaces

Good sized and updated room and bath. Actually had a bathtub and a stand alone shower . Although staff was not on site , they were very helpful and friendly.
Third floor room and no elevator.

Hands down one of the best hotel I've stayed in Europe for the cost.
Friendly staff, I was able to keep my baggage with reception. Room is very spacious and the bathroom is huge. Extremely clean. 10 mins walk to old town.
Safe as a solo traveler. Secured property. Highly recommend.

Reception not at property, a few buildings along the road. Room was large and comfortable but stairs and main lobby looked tired and had an odd smell
