The location of the hotel was ideal for our purposes, although bit further from the city center. My room was spacious, with comfortable bed and bathroom had all necessary amenities. The staff was helpful and professional, and the breakfast was amazing.

Check-in was straightforward
I chose this hotel mainly because it advertised a guest-accessible pool and Netflix on the TV. However, upon arrival I was informed that the pool was closed, and that the Netflix listing was a “manager’s mistake.” Both features were still advertised on Booking.com the night before my stay, which was misleading.
Cleanliness was the biggest issue. For a room costing around €130 per night, basic hygiene standards were not met. The toilet still had visible residue from the previous guest. After calling reception, housekeeping was sent, but the cleaning process itself was unhygienic: the toilet was brushed without lifting the seat, and toilet water splashed onto the seat, which was then wiped with a towel instead of being disinfected.
Upon further inspection, there were brown stains on the toilet seat and brown water marks running down the side of the toilet.
The bedding was also problematic. When pulling back the duvet on one bed, I found dried stains on the sheet and had to use the second bed instead. Even then, my dust allergy flared up, causing itching and skin irritation.
Both bedside tables were sticky and clearly not cleaned properly. Additionally, the shower head was loose, causing water to spray uncontrollably when turned on. This is something that should be checked during routine maintenance.

The staff were exceptionally kind. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff were kind enough to provide us with two plates and cutlery to take to the room, as we had brought some items from the supermarket for our vegan dinner.
1. We found it difficult to get out of the bathtub - it was quite slippery and felt unsafe.
2. It would have been nice to have an extra chair - to enjoy a drink together.

the doors to emergency staircase on the 8 floor were closed ,I had to find the staff to open , I had to use the stairs because of elektricity falldown, I am afraid if the cause would be the fire ?!

Nice level of service, all the facilities are as expected for this level of hotel, good breakfast, a small but a really good swimming pool, ideal for a morning refreshing swim
Some furniture looks a bit tired , but in general it's ok , no any problems/issues at all.

Size of the room, great staff, parking on site, convenient location, close to the stadium.
I consider this hotel overpriced for what it offers. I would still choose it again when attending an event at the stadium, however that does not change the fact that the hotel is overpriced.
