I think this hotel was incredible for the price. The location was excellent, right in the city center and close to everywhere. You could walk almost everywhere. Even the city bus and train stops were right next to the hotel, and Bratislava Central Station (Bahnhof) was only three bus stops away. The hotel was very clean and had all the important facilities. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was very clean, reasonable, and excellent. You could even get fresh orange juice for yourself. There was also a cold water dispenser, so whenever you wanted water, it was available. And one important thing: we had to check out at 12 noon the day after our stay, but we were going to stay in Bratislava until 7 p.m. We asked them if it was possible to leave our backpacks there until 7, and they were more than happy to accept. They helped us a lot and made it possible for us to comfortably go and explore the city. Overall, I really can’t find anything wrong with this hotel. If I go to Bratislava again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It was absolutely excellent!
The only things missing from the room were slippers and a toothbrush.

I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Bratislava. The location is excellent, with the Old Town, Bratislava Castle, and many other attractions all within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety of hot and cold options, and everything was well stocked and fresh. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money compared with many other hotels in the area. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that some areas of the hotel could benefit from a more modern refresh. However, this did not affect my overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bratislava.

Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast has a lot of different things to cater to everyone. Decent coffee machines which for me is important and last but not least the staff. They were fantastic, very attentive from the moment you come in to the moment you leave. Excellent experience!

It's a very fair 4* hotel. Location is very central. Might be a bit noisier than average, as it sits on a crossroad of two busy streets, but windows are soundproof. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Breakfast offers a wide verity of options, so if you stay longer than a couple of nights you wouldn't be bored.
Not that I didn't like something, but there is a room for improvement. It would be nice for a pet friendly hotel to provide a pet bed and bowls for a furry guest. And what is this new trend with empty mini bars? Not that it's life essential, but having a bottle of coke or sparkling water in the room upon the late night arrival would have been nice.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق جيدة بشكل عام. أبرز ما يميزه هو الموقع الممتاز، حيث يسهل الوصول إلى الأماكن السياحية والمطاعم والخدمات القريبة. مساحة الغرفة كانت معقولة ومريحة للإقامة، كما يوفر الفندق مواقف سيارات مقابل 20 يورو لليوم، وهي ميزة مناسبة لمن يسافر بالسيارة. أما الإفطار فكان مقبولًا، لكنه عادي جدًا من حيث الجودة والتنوع، وأتمنى أن يتم تحسينه وإضافة خيارات أكثر. بشكل عام، أنصح بالفندق لمن يبحث عن موقع مميز وإقامة مريحة، خاصة إذا كان يقضي معظم وقته في استكشاف المدينة.
