everything was perfect except that safety mat for the bath tub which written we'll find inside the closet but we didn't find any. I supposed to call and ask but i didn't coz we stayed only one night so it's fine.

A great hotel, worth its price, staff were kind and attending, breakfast was great with a good selection of foods, great coffee (Julius Meinl), clean room and nice vibes. Also, the business lunch was tasty and affordable.

We enjoyed everything. From arrival, the receptionist, Matej, was super helpful as we arrived early in the morning before check in. He was very kind and gave us great recommendations for eating in that morning and places to visit plus restaurants for dinner. In addition he got us the room ready ahead of time . As the vacation continued, we found out that all staff members were kind and helpful in anyway possible: helping with reservations, instructions to places, figuring out details for us. In addition, breakfast was exceptionally good. Also there, the staff was very kind and very professional, always someone around for any request or question. The buffet was always full and had a wide selection of everything you want with your breakfast. Rooms were super clean and maintained very well. Once again the staff here was super kind and professional as well. All in all , we had a wonderful vacation in Bratislava and the hotel facilities and unbelievably kind staff made our vacation exceed expectations, thank you for a wonderful stay !

The complimentary water bottles and coffee capsules were really nice, and they were replaced every day. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a good experience.
There was no active ventilation in the bathroom.

Very clean rooms and comfy beds. They also have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube on their TVs.

Very expensive parking, 39euro / day. Other hotels nearby charge half or even less for parking. City tax not included. Machine coffee in paper cup 5euro
