We enjoyed everything. From arrival, the receptionist, Matej, was super helpful as we arrived early in the morning before check in. He was very kind and gave us great recommendations for eating in that morning and places to visit plus restaurants for dinner. In addition he got us the room ready ahead of time . As the vacation continued, we found out that all staff members were kind and helpful in anyway possible: helping with reservations, instructions to places, figuring out details for us. In addition, breakfast was exceptionally good. Also there, the staff was very kind and very professional, always someone around for any request or question. The buffet was always full and had a wide selection of everything you want with your breakfast. Rooms were super clean and maintained very well. Once again the staff here was super kind and professional as well. All in all , we had a wonderful vacation in Bratislava and the hotel facilities and unbelievably kind staff made our vacation exceed expectations, thank you for a wonderful stay !

The complimentary water bottles and coffee capsules were really nice, and they were replaced every day. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a good experience.
There was no active ventilation in the bathroom.

Wonderful
Very clean rooms and comfy beds. They also have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube on their TVs.
Unfortunately the shower head was broken in my bathroom.

Nice ambient in hotel's hallway. Location of hotel is also great. Breakfast is good.

Good location and value!
Way too hot inside--in the room, but also in the lobby/hallways. People were coming in cold and bundled up and frantically trying to get out of coats because it was SO suffocatingly hot, especially waiting on lifts where the sun was coming in.

Very good breakfast, location, quality facilities overall.
There were a lot of confusion at the restaurant in the evening: wrong meal served, wrong wine offered, overall quality of service was low. Price of on-site parking is extremely high but that is clearly stated in the booking rules, so just pay attention beforehand.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Smiled, offered to help before I even asked and were just very genuine. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable.

Great location and very convenient for getting around. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety, and the staff were truly lovely and helpful. The rooms are quite old and could use updating, but overall it was a pleasant stay thanks to the service and location.

The overall stay was good, as was the service. , the shower was not very comfortable. The shower head was positioned too low and didn’t stay at a convenient angle, which made showering less pleasant than expected.
