Very Poor
Absolutly nothing is there to like. It was most terrible choice we have ever done we was stayng 2 night there 7 person.
It was terrible smell inside Hotel and in Rooms. Also very noisy sounds Of other ships early morning
Staff also was very unpolite and not 1% of feelomg there is of hospotality.
Last day after check out we asked to left laggueg and we was waiting our friends to come back in Hotel from city we wanted to stay in Lobby just in Entrance for 20-30 min. But they kikced out in Crayzy rain and wind outside.

Loved the location and the novelty of being on a boat! The room was a good size, especially for the price! Always staff at the front desk.
Honestly, I overall loved it. I missed the fact that there was no refrigerator. The bathroom appeared to collect a lot of moisture as there was patches of mildew/mold.

Very good breakfasts, but some days were better than others. The beds were comfortable. The location was within walking distance of many restaurants.
The shower had no curtain, and a lot of spray went on to the floor.

Location was OK BUT THHE booking was for October 20 and somehow it reserved as October 23. The manger knew that I had to leave by then and booking called and email Botel Grecia that the stubborn manger would not change the reservation even though they had empty rooms and it was a Tuesday night instead of Friday night. I think she wanted to pocket the money ..
See above comment. Management was terrible and it was a mistake of dates booked and they ignored booking. Com calls and emails to change because she wanted to pocket the money. Place is full of prostitution too

Best value in Bratislava. The bigger suites are much nicer than the smaller cabins, which are pretty big but only have single beds.

The location is good and convinent and clean enough for me for fair price. BUT The first staff I met was a young woman named "Emma" and she was very nice, but unfortunately she didn't have the authority to move my somehow (never happened to me on booking in six years before) booking that was supposed to be Oct 20 and somehow was Oct 23, She said she did not know how to change it in the system of the hotel. She definitely said I was very patient compared to others who were rude and angry and she even said I was very calm about it considering the very stupid situation that I was in. There were obviously empty rooms on a Monday night but the manager was cold as ICE and even though booking called and emailed them asking them to fix tithe manger would not. It was like she wanted me to pay for a night she know I would not use to double book it. When I arrived another backpacker couple was leaving complaining about her as they walked into the street. When I read online more about this hotel well just google it yourself.

The staff was really nice and kind, the massage is also nice and easily accessible. perfect location.
The cleanliness could be better, this boat is seemingly quite old. The beds, or at least the matraces could be more comfy

The pictures on the website don't do the rooms justice, they're a lot bigger than they seem. I was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the rooms were and how comfortable the bed was. There are windows all across the side so I had a beautiful view of the Danube and lots of natural light in the room. The breakfast was also really really good with a very nice view as well of the UFO Tower.
The toilet seat is positioned a bit strangely, and the room could do with a little bit more cleaning particularly in the bathroom area. But for the most part it was a great room.
