Wonderful
Great location if you want to stay downtown.
Quiet and comfortable room, standard breakfast, outgoing staff. Traditional meals in the restaurant were also good

The hotel exceeded expectations and was excellent on all counts. Beds were comfortable and warm, room was clean and offered just enough room. A bonus was a lovely patio to lounge on after a day of touring. Breakfast was plentiful.
Breakfast time could have been extended for a longer time frame.

Wonderful
The location is great, also, although it is in the central part of the city’s old town, it is relatively calm at nights (the street/bar/club noises are not loudly heard). One thing that I wasn’t comfortable about is that at nights they put a calming and relaxing song in the hall. Not so loud but still audible from the room.
The stuff was great, they helped us in everything !
Overall this is a highly recommended place to stay, for sure!

Great location. We were also happy with the space of the room and the terrace in the back. It was great.

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the city. And the restaurant on the ground floor is amazing.
The shower wasn't well-installed, which made it difficult to use when placed on the wall. The breakfast is very basic.

Very unprofessional - The hotel cancelled my stay on the day of my arrival in Bratislava stating that the Booking modification of my stay (3 nights instead of initially booked 1 night) was not properly modified in their system

Excellent location, right smack in the middle of the old town. Great if you want to be there for the flavor of the old city. Car traffic is non-existent. You have to walk for a few minutes to get from the nearest traffic and transportation.

The location was perfect, took a Bolt to the consulate and walked 5 min to the hotel. Hotel is clean, so cute and very comfortable. Breakfast was good? Had all the basics plus some eggs and bacon. Room wasn’t cleaned while very comfortable and cute and clean. Would 100% come back to this hotel.

Great location. Everything within walking distance. Close restaurants and shops. We had an early train so they fixed us breakfast on the go. Very thoughtful. Wonderful stay.
