Apratment is clean and neat and have got everything no view from balcony but beside that all is nice

The location was very close to Old town and yet very quite neighborhood. The cleanliness was excellent, room comfort, free wi-fi, breakfast was nice with different varieties, fresh and warm food. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back for sure:)
The only thing that can be a remark is that beside hotel check in at 3PM, we were there early (around 9AM), so we asked at the reception for the possibility to have one room ready earlier, but unfortunately no cooperation from their side. They were strict saying that the hotel policy is 3PM with no exceptions! So we had to walk around town for almost 6 hours which was quite exhausting (specially with one elderly person).

The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. I like how the toilet is in a separate room from the shower (this was especially helpful because I had to share a bathroom with two teenage girls). I really liked the balcony.
My only minor complaint was that the hotel was a little bit of a walk from the sites. But I guess the extra walking was good for me, and the apartment is in a quiet, safe location.

Very clean and spacious apartment in the walking distance to major sightseeings. The stuff was nice and helpful. Enjoyed the stay very much. If I ever happen to return to Bratislava I will definitely both this place.

It was an excellent apartment that made us feel like home! Everything was brand new and the apartment extremely spacious for a family of four! Two bedrooms, all the appliances we needed and the cleaning was daily! The best accommodation we had so far!

Everything was perfect, new apartment, new furniture, great neighborhood. Not in the middle of the bustling center, but that's why the building was new and quiet - just 10 minutes away. Staff was great, and helpful. Breakfast - amazing, kids loved it. The parking spot (even if it's 19 euros a day) it's a big advantage!
It wasn't a dealbreaker, I won't say I didn't like - but the bathroom was so strange - two rooms, in one just the toilet, in the other one the bathtub and sink. They were both crammed in a little hallway together with the first bedroom. In the living room, near the windows it was freezing especially at night, probably because of the windows, even if they were closed. But in the big bedroom (the one with the queen bed) it got so hot I had to open the window (in January!) every night for about an hour to be able to sleep.
As for the breakfast - it's until 10 AM sharp. At 10 AM I asked if I could just have my coffee and the lady said : you have 10 minutes, I clean the tables then I close ? She was really eager to close!

It was very clean and the room is exactly as in pictures, and also very spacious.
The receptionist did't knew where the room is located and sent us in an other building. I understood because she was new on the job, but i carried my luggages also.

The place is quite large, it has 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and separate shower/toilet rooms, as well as a balcony. Very clean, very warm (in winter), super quiet. Location is great, almost downtown, but in a quiet street, with parking. The bed is super comfortable, the room is almost too quiet. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The place can easily fit even 5 people, all with their own privacy - master bedroom, small bedroom, all with doors, and a sofa bed. Walkable distance to everywhere important. We enjoyed it very much, hope to be back soon!

Location is very close to the castle and to the centre of the old town. The rooms were large and the kitchen had with you needed.
The space in the restaurant where we served the breakfast was tiny, and the personnel were very unfriendly.

The room was clean, we had water in the room left for us. In general, everything was fine.
The parking. You get to pay a lot in my opinion (compared to countries like Germany, Austria or even Switzerland) for parking. And it's quite complicated at first to enter the parking spots, because, the hotel is located close to the street, so you have to (mostly) illegally park your car, go to the reception, do the checkin, and then come back and move your car.
The washing machine had some leakings, so we had to get the water with a bucket.
I personally didn't appreciate the fact that one of the girls from the reception basically came and 'kicked us out'. Now, i completely understand checkout times, and the fact that we have to respect that. But, it's not always you get to take all your luggage at exactly :00. We were just preparing to leave at :15, after just going to the car to leave the most part of the luggage, and she came to say that 'it's checkout time'.
Also, the apartment doesn't have the same 'spark' in reality as it does in pictures. You'll see when you get there.

Big and clean apartment with enough space for being there. Friendly stuff. We were allowed to leave the car in the parking before the checking time.
It would be great to fix TV to the wall. It was staying on the regal which is really unsafe for the small children.
