The staff was great and willing to help as much as they could!
The hotel is old and needs improvement. The carpet was dirty and full of what it looks like cigarette burns. It was cold in the rooms, at 3 degrees outside during the night, the heating in the hotel was not working.

Great room, very spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy
It is very close to the center ( and a lovely bakery near by).
Good parking lot
The toilet room was separate from the shower, which was great. Unfortunately, there was no sink with the toilet, not very sanitary...
Good breakfast, if a little limited
All in all, a very good experience
I would have liked a sink and soap in the toilet room...

Disappointing
Location is central, walking distance to all important sightseeings. Breakfast was ok.
The room was so small that we were not able to sit straight in the toilet. The only possible way was to sit sideways with your legs sticking out of the door.
We also kindly asked at the reception to have a room changed for a queen bed one and they told us that the hotel is booked out- there were 3 tables occupied during the breakfast and there were empty rooms in the hallway. Based on the fire evacuation plan our room of course was the tiniest there is.
Receptionist did not care and just kept on sayin the hotel is fully booked. Also the elevator smelled like canalization.
Very disappointing.
