The Vila Piranesi Apartments occupies a historic building between the sea shore and the old town center of Piran in Slovenian Istria, offering modernly furnished apartments with air-conditioning and views of the town. Sightseeing and tours of the city can be organized upon request. All apartments offer a spacious living and dining room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. Private bathrooms offer a shower and free toiletries. The city of Piran with its narrow streets and little squares resembles a large open-air museum for medieval architecture. Location is excellent, very central in the town. Room is big and lots of space.
Noise from nearby bar is super loud and last to very late. Vehicle sounds very loud early in the morning.

Great Location right in center of Piran. The staff very helpful and check in so easy. Dunja at reception is very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. It is so easy to walk from here to the boardwalk, and beaches, and the town center. we really loved Piran.

Excellent sized apartment, right in the main town.
The first apartment we stayed in was one the first floor, which has issues with dampness as it is directly above the aquarium. We were relocated to another apartment on the top floor which was excellent.

had a day of check in change due to a plumbing issue so had to be moved to another room. windows smaller in the attic rooms and I felt it was hotter up there. They did cover parking in return which is a nice gesture but nevertheless not as ideal.

Would have been nice to know that there would be a loud Pink Floyd tribute band playing in the courtyard outside our windows until almost midnight. It didn't effect our stay all that much, but it would have been nice to know.

Perfect location, clean, spacious apartment. We could store our luggage after check out.

The apartment was spacious with a living, kitchen area and a separate bedroom. The apartment is located directly across from the marina and centrally located near the town center. The bed was comfortable and the apartment clean. We had breakfast included with our stay at the Cafinho Piran. The menu was excellent and each meal delicious right on the seaside. While in Piran we rented e-bikes and road down the coast. And we rented a motorboat (Navtik-Kanal) and motored to Croatia to picnic and swim. This apartment and Piran were a 10/10 experience!

The location and the fact they waited for us with the AC on.
The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and the pillows were too big. Also we received a very different room than what I saw in the pictures.

Due to an issue with the air conditioning, we were offered rooms in Hotel Piran including breakfast and parking which was much appreciated. Reception staff were professional and confident. The position can't be beaten. The breakfast was fresh.
The coffee was terrible. The room was rather uncomfortable with hard furnishings.

Great location, spacious
Initially a little hard to find. 50 stairs with heavy luggage. No lift. Skylight in bedroom means early wake up. A remote to close the blind on the skylight would be helpful.

Great location right in the center of Piran. It was convenient having the separate bedroom and small kitchen & living room area. Very comfortable.
There are several flights up stairs up to the rooms. Unsure if there was an elevator.
