Lovely shared terrace overlooking water. Convenient “summer kitchen” (her words) for food prep. 10 minute walk downhill to town. Parking very useful here.

I was debating whether to stay here or in the old Town and I am so glad I decided to stay here. Here you do not have to deal with carrying luggage from the paid parking garages up and down steep steps to the Old Town. Instead you have free parking and a great view. The host was wonderful and solved minor issues with the room immediately (wrong WiFi password and changed battery for AC remote). We found it extremely easy to walk to the beach nearby and to the old town directly. Highly recommend!

Great location with short walks to both an amazing swimming area and the magical town of Piran. Amazing staff and stunning views off their communal deck that also has a communal kitchen. A very special place to stay in a very special part of the world.

The shared roof deck has an AMAZING view (for sunrise especially). It is a short 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk into Piran in the opposite direction. The owners are fantastic! If you're looking for a place that is close to Piran that has parking - this is a great place, not to mention the shuttle for the parking garage is also just a 2 min walk.
Would be nice to have a fridge in the room rather than a communal fridge.

The location is fantastic - quiet and out of the way, and with a beautiful walk to Piran. There is also access to the path for Strunjan along the coast. Opara is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A big plus is that Martina and her sister are so warm and helpful. We can also recommend the wine they produce - especially the white.

The host is very nice and offered us all we need. The location is great and has easy access to beach and old town. The balcony has the sea view. We had a wonderful breakfast in the balcony. If we travel there again, we will still stay there.

We spontaneously decided to spend a night in Piran and stumbled upon Guesthouse Opara. What a find! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and the bed was sooooo comfy. Martina is a delightful host, breakfast served on the terrace was great and - if there had been availability - we would definitely have stayed longer. We'll be back!

The accommodation was stunning with an amazing view. It was incredible in the evening and in the morning during breakfast. The parking was free and available, which was great. The room was nice, clean, and spacious, with a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean, with soap and enough towels. The accommodation was quiet and very close to the beach. You can reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot. It was an amazing stay. The breakfast was excellent; you could choose from four options: Small Breakfast (croissant and coffee) - €5, Medium Breakfast (sweet) - €10, Medium Breakfast (savory) - €12, and Big Breakfast (a combination of sweet and savory) - €15, all per person.

We really liked this place! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a good location to walk into the old town in Piran in 15 minutes. We appreciated that there was a kitchen and big terrace with a really nice view where you could prepare your own meals as well as order a great breakfast in the morning if you wanted. The staff was lovely! The communication with Martina was excellent. Free parking in Piran (Friesa) was a plus! We loved the big clothesline out back, too.
We loved our two days there and could have stayed longer.
Room and shower are on the small side, but the roomy terrace with a sea view more than makes up for it.
