Great location, beautiful views, plenty of space.
Communicating through the booking.com app, and dealing with booking.com itself, was a disaster. Messages were incomplete and/or incorrect. I will avoid booking.com in the future.

We stayed in the 6 person apartment with roof terrace. The apartment was incredible, the roof terrace was a dream. We absolutely loved it. It is big, well designed, well equipped, comfortable, fully air-conditioned, really quiet, spotlessly clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Piran is very historic and atmospheric. The sea swimming in Piran really suited us. We love swimming but we are not beach people. You can just walk from the apartment in a few minutes, have a dip in beautiful clear waters, shower, dry off then walk back. The bus service along the coast is good for visiting neighbouring towns. . I would 100% recommend this as a place.to relax and unwind.
It would have been nice to have sun shelter for the terrace. However,.as we saw winds can whip up very quickly, so this may not be practical. As it was, we used the terrace in the evenings.

Our hosts were kind and helpful and the apartment was very nice and equipped with everything we needed. It was a little confusing to find the house but the host was very responsive. It is centrally located and comfortable. The garden area is absolutely beautiful but it was quite hot so we didn't use that area as much as we would have liked. It's walking distance to great restaurants, the beach, the footpath and many shops. Not a problem but a little tip- you had to park in the parking garage before entering Piran which is $29/day and if you want to come closer you had to pay $6 to enter the city and then walk to the apartment. Between our research and the help of our host there was no issue but just a good to know if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to walk over cobblestones to get to the apartment.
We went in July and it was VERY hot and there was only one AC unit for both upstairs and downstairs, it was hard to cool both areas well. The beds were also a little uncomfortable.

What a wonderful stay. The hosts were delightful and very helpful with suggestions. The apartment was clean with good facilities, including air conditioning. It was so lovely to have such a nice garden to relax in. The location was excellent for the old town, which is what we wanted. Some lovely walks which was a good way to see everything. We really do hope that we will return. Thank you

Everything! We enjoyed not only the cozy apartment and the gorgeous garden, but also the loving hospitality of Marina and Bojan. Their hearty welcome made our stay in Piran very special and pleasant. Many thanks!! The garden with its beautiful greenery and fresh sea breeze has a very unique charm. We really enjoyed sitting there, chatting and reading. We already miss the place and the friendly smile of the couple. When we return to Piran, this will be the place for us again!
The only regret is that our stay was too short;)

The owners are such friendly and thoughtfull people. Very neat apartment on a very good location. Just 2 minutes walking distance from a nice beach and all shops and restaurants around you
The garden is way overgrown. Not well maintained. We like to be out in fresh air for breakfast, lunch or dinner but ended up doing all inside as the garden is just not welcoming

Garden was delightful. Location very good too. Hosts lovely.
Very steep stairs to bedroom with Bathroom/toilet downstairs so a could be a bit tricky if you have to get up in night but we got used to it.

Really good location, responsive, helpful owners, amazing garden with a view, extra clean apartment, well equipped kitchen. Would come back anytime.
We were able to drive to the city, close the the apartment, so it was easier to carry our luggage, then we could drive out without a charge and parked the car at the dedicated tourist garage. (24eur/day)
It's not negative on the apartment, just be careful with the luggage as the streets leading to the apartment have cobblestone (just like every street in Piran)
Owner recommended restaurant Pirat, and hereby I do the same. Pirat spritz is a must!
The bed could have been more comfortable.

Exceptional customer service! The host was always very helpful and easy to reach and genuinely trying to please.
We clicked on some switch that was actually heating water supply and when asking why water was suddenly cold the host not only promptly explained they gave us really nice local chocolates for the inconvenience! It was so much more than we expected!
The host also when we asked about local sea food ( local fishmonger was closed for couple of weeks ) offered to drive to local large supermarket to buy fish for us!
There is a really nice multilayered terrace for eating and its shared between apartments. Its superb for views over the city, sea and watching the sunset. Its a rare thing to get such a good big green space in piran with views over the town.
Kitchen is very well stocked with loads of useful utensils, including coffee filter maker.
Right next to the flat is a wonderful square with one of best restaurants in town for sea food - very good value and often with queues in the evening. Also there is a small italian supermarket that had a great selection of food, much better than mercator as more interesting selection.

If you arrive by car, you must leave it in a carpark, which cost EUR 22,- per day.
