Nice location on the water Easy walk into town. Darren at the front desk was great.

We stayed only 1 night there so not enough to fully experience the hotel — I guess it is more suited for a longer stays as it is a beach and spa hotel.
Staff on reception is really welcoming. Breakfast was good with some interesting options we've not seen in other hotels. It is not far from Old Town, although would require a walk near the sea shore which can be quite wet and windy :)
Parking in front of the hotel is paid but there are not many options in Piran otherwise.

Excellent location with a beautiful 20 minutes walk to Piran. Amazing breakfast with huge variety and a possibility to sit on a terrace with a beautiful view. Staff is the biggest highlight, everyone was very friendly, smiling and helpful. They are the ones to elevate the experience to the highest level. Thank you to everyone, we will be delighted to come back.

Very clean excellent staff, beautiful location very quiet. Short walk into Piran. Breakfast very good and plentiful
Parking charge was a bit steep, not always easy to get a spot. Bar prices expensive but it's such a great location it didn't matter to us. No lounge area to sit indoors.

Location and front desk staff
Loud blaring music from noon until 6pm from outdoor bar- made it impossible to sit on balcony or rest inside as music could be heard with door shut.
Like Ibiza in the 90’s only worse.

The staff, especially Jasmina, were wonderful. The property was gorgeous, right on the beach and a short walk to Old Piran. Great AC even though we used the windows. The breakfast is unbelievable

Staff sent van to pick us up at the port when we came in by ferry. That was very helpful.
Breakfast was delicious.
Room was very nice. We had a nice patio area overlooking the beach.
Had a beautiful 20 minute walk down the coastline in the morning - we ended up at the clock tower in Piran.
No pool. I could have sworn I saw a photo of the property that included a pool.

Great, quiet location. The staff was always available, kind and helpful. The breakfast was impeccable in terms of both choice and quality, and the long breakfast time allowed enough freedom for planning the day. A well-functioning and manageable charger for electric cars is a big plus.
Although there was no problem with the cleanliness of the room, we noticed a lack of careful cleaning in several places in the hotel (e.g. staircase railing). The toilet could not be flushed as necessary, this method of saving water is not appropriate. Car parking is very limited, you need luck to get a parking lot.

Although it was kind of hard to find, the hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the water. Our room was nice and had a balcony which also overlooked the water. We had a delicious cocktail in a lounging area and played games before dinner. I can't remember dinner at the hotel but breakfast was very good. My friend found it easy to walk on a path to the town and to church. For me the hotel offered a shuttle ride to their sister hotel in downtown Piran. They also picked us up when we were ready to go back to our hotel.
I thought the beds were very uncomfortable, especially since this was a pretty fancy resort. There was an elevator, but you had to go up about 6 steps to reach it! There were more steps down the corridor to your room.

The location is really great, right in front of the sea, with simple and good restaurants nearby, near Piran (15 min walk- for those wondering if it is possible go there with a stroller YES! Indeed it is :) They left a welcome bottle of prosecco in our room, wich was a cool touch. The staff is friendly and rhe breakfast is good. We stayed in the premium room and it was confirtable with a good size.
The cleaning was the worst, the room had fresh dead mosquitos marks on the wall (and stayed there for days). In the first day I cutted my foot and some drops of blood dropped on the floor, guess who had to clean it? Me! Because after the room ‘cleaning’ all the blood was there yet! The bathroom door didn’t close.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and we liked that they have their own beach area. However, there were not enough umbrellas to go around, so we had to wait for people to leave. But the beach area was very calm and quiet, but you could also easily access the public beach right next door, which we did because we wanted something shallower. The walk into town is very nice and takes about 15 minutes along the water. The breakfast was excellent.
The room we found to be quite small for us. Wish there were more umbrellas on the beach.
