Nice clean room with a lovely bathroom in a good location.
Several bugs found in the room. Nearby football group playing loudly early in the morning. Temperature of room hard to control

We were greeted by the friendly host who gave us lots of information and recommendations. We really enjoyed sitting on the small terrace overlooking the garden. The air conditioning worked very well.

We only stayed for one night in transition to another part of the country. Stay was fine and host was friendly. Parking included in gated lot right beside the building.
Was asked to pay in cash which I didn't remember seeing noted in the listing anywhere. A bit unusual but it was fine for us as we only stayed the one night. View from the room we had was limited. Probably looks great in the summer when the roses/flowers are in bloom but the unit is right beside the wall of a sports stadium next door. Bathroom also quite small but the rest of the unit is okay size. All minor things, no major issues otherwise.

Milena was super nice and helpful, we liked her smile before anything else, apartment, location and facilities are all wonderful, stayed for 3 nights were like a dream
The stairs to the 2nd floor is challenging if you have heavy luggage, shower is little tight, you may smell some smoke if someone is smoking downstairs

We came to Ljubljana only for the concert and since it was quite cold outside, it was most important for us to have a warm place to sleep. We didn't cook anything except coffee, so I don't know how equipped the kitchen is. The apartment was quiet, cozy and warm, the beds were comfortable with warm duvets, the water in the shower was hot and everything was super clean. Mrs. Milena, who welcomed us, was very kind and explained everything to us. I liked that the courtyard was softly lit, so when I returned home at night I could unlock both the courtyard door and the apartment door without any problems.
