The property was well located in the old city. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and offered us a welcome drink when we checked in. We brought our drinks up to the terrace on the top floor, where we had views of the river and the castle. It was beautiful.

We loved everything about our stay at Vander Urbani Resort .The location is perfect - situated just inside the old town adjacent to the river, and close to shops and restaurants..The breakfast( included with our room stay ) at the restaurant attached to the hotel was the best we had on our entire 28 day trip..Our room was spacious,quiet and equipped with everything we needed .What a wonderful place to stay .
I also want to pass well deserved praise to the front desk staff who provided the absolute best help and advice..THANK YOU

The hotel is tired, the carpets and decor dirty and nothing pleasant about the stay. Linen was old. Tried to cancel accommodation after one night. Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend. Location, however, was excellent and staff friendly.
The rooms were so uncomfortable, carpets and chairs stained and dirty, the photos of the rooftop bar and infinity pool were totally misleading, nothing seemed clean.

Very centrally located, with fantastic, friendly and fun front-of-house staff. I also loved the funky design of the hallways and stairs, which def was a vibe !
My room was a lot smaller than I expected. The bathroom was good, with a great selection of shower gels and body lotions, although the shower seemed to leak when in use. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, but there was a fan available in the hallway. There were also quite a few marks on the walls and some mould around the air-conditioning unit. Given the very central location, I expected some street noise, so that wasn’t a major issue. I was a little disappointed that the breakfast coffee came from a machine. There is an outdoor swimming pool, but overall I’m not sure I would quite describe it as a “resort.”

Breakfast didn’t start until 8. There was no Kleenex in the room. The bed was a little soft. The pillows were so thin they were non existent.

Love the location, the view, the breakfast. Second time staying here. Love looking out at the river from our room and looking up at the castle from the rooftop. Love walking the town center before it all wakes up.

Great location in the old town near the river. Breakfast was tasty and cooked well with some nice options. Staff were friendly. Air conditioning and shower worked well during our stay.
The bedroom was musty and not well cleaned, including some rubbish left from previous guests. The furniture was shabby and stained, some bathroom tiles were cracked and some of our towels had large holes in them. There was a lot of noise from the street until about 2.30am each night. The glass door to the bathroom was annoying.

The location on the River promenade is very central. No cars in that part of old town so walking with bags is expected.
Use the roof top pool for a refresh.
Rooms are tiny but in general work.

Location - right at the centre of Ljubljana’s old town. Only down side is if your are travelling by car you need to park about 10min walk to nearest car park

Location was convenient to many of the top sites. Pretty much on the river. Amenities included all shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. Roddy and restaurant felt hip and energized
Beds and pillows were a soft. Took a while to cool off the room. Some street noise. Internet was spotty and had to sign on the wifi every time when returned to the hotel

Location is really great, within walking distance of the town's major attractions. Breakfast is great, but some directions within the hotel itself as to where to go for breakfast, and what is available, could be beneficial. Staff is really very friendly and willing to help.

The location was excellent. The room was cozy and perfect for a solo traveller. The shower was fantastic!
Unfortunately, in my room, there was a sewer smell. It was as if sewer gas was leaking through the toilet. I acclimated soon enough, but others won't be so tolerable. It was very noticeable.
