Location was excellent. It was peaceful and we walked everywhere from the hotel. The staff made all the difference. They were kind and attentive. The lounge areas were comfortable and well maintained. We were very happy there and would stay there again. Breakfast was really nice and included with the room.

Location was nice and staff was good.its a heritage kind of property so not much renovation is done but still nice. The lobby has free coffee n snacks throughout the day until 9pm. This was a good thing to have for whoever needs some coffee. The breakfast spread was good. There was free self laundry option. The property support staff worked well during breakfast hours as a team. Bed was comfortable all though three bed were close to each other and furniture were rearranged to fit in.
The bathroom door lock was broken and they didn’t know how to fix it. The smart tv in the room cannot connect to hotel wifi reason management decision due to some security policy. So one can only watch limited cable tv although all apps are present on the smart tv. Room was too cramped to fit all three beds. Third bed is always a makeshift bed and so very wobbly and moves around a lot. For two fifty per night the cost was high for the value.

Breakfast was great, especially the service - we have allergies. They listened, then offered suggestions.
No door on the bathroom, just a curtain. So no privacy. And the shower was a bathtub on a raised pedestal- it felt a little unsafe getting in and out. I wouldn’t want to be in that room if I had ANY mobility issues.

- incredible and delicious breakfast with so many high quality options, cant say enough about the breakfast
- also afternoon snacks, cookies - a great perk when traveling and spending so much!
- comfortable beds, nice linens, great light control in the rooms/windows
- great AC (our travel was during a heat wave)
- a quick walk into the old town
- will recommend to anyone traveling to Ljubljana!
would have liked to have more toiletry items like separate soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion - minor consideration, this hotel is fabulous

Nice, hotel very close to the center; great breakfast and the staff was nice and helpful; they don't have their own parking but the one that they recommended was really close and cheap. They offer complimentary water, coffee and snacks too.
