The property had a great location, seemed clean, nice staff
The property was marked as having parking. However, parking was about 700m walking from the hotel and it was a public parking facility near the local park that was quite busy and hard to get a spot the first day we arrived.

Excellent location, at the city center, nice breakfast, pleasant staff. Room very clean and all new.
No parking. Very small elevator, waiting to come. Almost for one person at the time. Interior is little too dark.

The location is excellent, right in the center, which made everything easy.
The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. I also appreciated small thoughtful touches like the phone stand on the nightstand.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.
Having an elevator was also a big plus, especially with heavier luggage.
The price is on the higher side, but in my opinion it was worth it for the comfort, convenience, and overall quality of the stay.

This is a lovely small hotel in a quiet corner of the center. Ljubljana is a small city so you can walk everywhere from almost anywhere. The breakfast was excellent and staff are very personable. My room was large by European standards. The hotel will arrange tours

Wonderful
Great location and a solid breakfast with both international and local food. My room on the 4th floor was comfortable and spotlessly clean. But what truly made the difference was the staff; always helpful, always smiling. When you're traveling for work and come back from a long day of meetings, that kind of warmth really makes your evening!

Decent location, friendly staff.
The only thing 4-star about this hotel is the price. The room decor feels more like a dormitory than a nice hotel. The balcony is barely big enough to stand on and the "courtyard view" is the view of a run down apartment building. There is a kitchenette in the room, but it's pretty much useless since zero utensils are provided besides a small pot to boil water. There's no electric kettle or coffee machine.
In addition, the refrigerator was not turned on when I got the room, and I noticed this only a couple of days after I had stored my medication in there. You'd think there would be some kind of indication because who would think to check if a fridge in a hotel room is actually turned on.
Barely any water pressure in the shower, small and flimsy towels, cheap toilet paper, no shampoo or conditioner provided. They say this is for "sustainability" but other hotels just provide these things in refillable bottles.
Sustainability ends at breakfast... only minimal vegan/plant-based options (muesli, fruit, bread and jam).
All this might have been tolerable if this was a budget 2- or 3-star hotel, but for a hotel marketing itself as "boutique," this is not what I expect. If you're looking for a nice hotel in Ljubljana, you can do much better.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—very central and within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, including the old town, the castle, and Tivoli Park.
My room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was also good, with a nice selection to start the day. I really appreciated that the hotel offers complimentary snacks and coffee throughout the day. I didn’t get a chance to try them, but it’s a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall experience. I would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit to Ljubljana. I definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Soon after I entered my room, I was sweating due to my nervous on the questions that:
“How much did I pay for this room?”
“Did I make a mistake?”
“Was it an error prices?”
I suddenly checked with booking application how much did I really pay. I set up the budget of any hotels on this trip shall not be exceeding €80 a night. And this room costed approximately €70 a night including breakfast!
With this size of the room,
With an ideal location that is in the heart of the capital city,
It was absolutely FANTASTIC.
Trust me, you will never get this price in Bangkok — the capital city of an Asian developing country — where I live in. At least, it would surely cost you €150 to get the same size of the room as well as the same sort of location.
Service I received was wonderful.
Breakfast was “sufficient” to survive although it may not that “wow”.
I would like to say “thank you” for helping me keeping my ordered parcels until my arrival.
However, there was one negative thing I would like to mention which was a really slippery floor in the bathroom. This may be a design flaws in terms of choosing materials. So please be careful.

The room was huge, modern, tasteful. The hotel was nice, the breakfast generous and delicious.
The water pressure in the shower was quite unsatisfactory. Almost no pressure at all.

Great location, room was comfortable and well sized. The metal shutters helped close out the light while still allowing the A/C to cool the room which was great because it was very hot.
It was a little challenging to locate at first, staff took about 10 min to find us waiting in the lobby when we checked in.
