Excellent! From the staff to the rooms everything was incredible! I got the twin sized bed and it was a real mattress. They will hold you bags for you for free and have 24 hour support.
The drain in the bathroom on the second floor was clogged and water got all over the bathroom floor.

The property was clean, and the kitchen facilities were very convenient. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and useful.
There was quite a lot of noise, especially from the kitchen, which could be heard clearly in the rooms. In the early morning, our door was opened and people were talking loudly in the hallway, which woke us up unintentionally. The door was also left open afterwards. There was also no staff at reception during the night if we needed assistance.

Location is good. The rooma are divided into subivisions, meaning 4 has a door that leads to hallway that has a kitchen and bathrooms, then there is room 4a and 4b; both have AC units. The hostel has plenty of parking space. Vending machines. The owners and staff are nice as well.
The cleaners took the towels i brought with myself, and my coffee from my room. I understand they thought the towels were the hostel’s, but the coffee? It’s important to make the guest feel like stuff will be safe, at least from the staff…They also make a lot of noise when they clean…with their cleaning stuff and the chairs. I literally had to go hold my meetings in the car. I imagine how it is if you don’t have a car. Downstairs jn the lobby of course you can’t hold meetings. So you have to leave the place from 9AM and come back at 9PM if you wanna be productive. But they do clean the place good and they don’t bother you if they see you tryna sleep inside the room.

It's an alright hostel. A typical unit, for dorm beds, is like a small apartment with a bathroom, small kitchen, and 2 bedrooms (4 beds each), thus hosting up to 8 guests. So the condition and availability of the facilities depends on how many guests there are in the unit at the moment, and how clean they are.
The staff are cheerful, and there is a decent amount of storage in the rooms, with locks.
Somewhat inconvenient location of electric outlets in the bedrooms, not close to most beds.

It looked like a nice property at the beginning but I had a problem and the staff didn’t really help me
I reserved a shared room, and when I arrived I didn’t who I was sharing my room with, turns out it was a guy and I didn’t have a problem with that. In the night this guy was standing at the bottom of my bed and start touching my leg. I woke up and asked what was going on and he just said nothing and went back to his bed. I couldn’t sleep again so I was in my phone and he thought I was sleeping so he stood up again and was about to try the same thing until he saw I was awake. He said he wanted to have sex with me and I couldn’t understand what was going on, I said no. He asked if I was sure, I said yes. He asked if I could just show him my ass, I said what?, he said nothing. I didn’t what to do, this happened at 3 am, so I was just awake until it was the morning and I could go downstairs. When I told the staff, they told me that it was slow season so they couldn’t do anything and that they couldn’t really reported because I didn’t know the name of the guy.

The employee lied. The order showed that I could check in before 0:00, but she told me 23:00, which ruined my plan.

I gave a maximum evaluation points according that we booked hostel, not hotel nor apartment. But the whole room with 6 beds was only for us 3 friends. The accomodation was quite good. Everything was clean and all what you need for short 3-days stay, you got it here. It is somewhat less than 2 kilometers away from the center of Ljubljana. The staff is very friendly and you can talk with them about anything you need to find your way around the city. In front of the hostel there are free parking lot for guests.
The beds could be a little more comfortable
