The room is cozy and has everything that I need. The staff was very helpful and responsive. They answered any questions I had and helped me when I couldn't turn the AC on. The location is wonderful, very close to the city center! Overall I had a really enjoyable stay.
The only thing to keep in mind while staying here would be that the rooms are not soundproof at all. The hotel did put up signs telling guests to keep quiet after 10pm, but there were still individuals who laughed loudly and sang meme songs at 00:30 in the morning during my stay, and it really annoyed me. This is in no way the hotel's fault, of course, just to manage your expectations.

The location is great, it’s a few meters away from The Dragon Bridge and nearly all attractions are close to the accommodation. The room matched the photos on Booking (double room with river view), it was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. There was AC in the room, free of charge, as well as three clean towels, mugs, kettle, some tea, toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel, TV (someone stayed logged in on Netflix), there was always hot water in the bathroom. The staff was also very polite during the check-in and check-out.
There is nothing that I didn’t really like or that bothered me. If I had to pick one thing, that would maybe be the static shower in the bathroom, but that really isn’t that much of a problem.

Excellent location, right in the center and next to the river.
Overall the place is OK.
They didn’t give me extra pillow and overall staff is not responsive.
A little hard to find the place as it shares reception with a hostel close to it.

Good position, nice old building
Very bad insulation: all light came in and could not fall asleep properly, only a white light curtain, something unexplainable to me (we know people want to sleep, why not putting a proper cover against the light?). I could hear all possible noises from above the room, from the side and a bit from the street. Old window with cracks on it. Price was cheap but I regret having stayed here, I lost a night of sleep

Location is 10 minutes walk from main Bus Station. Dragon Bridge is very close and 5 minutes away from the main attractions and markets. The rooms are renovated and clean. Building looks old to maintain its antique style.

Even though the building looks old and inside the building i.e the entrance is abit creepy but the rooms are unexpected. It's clean and beautiful.

The room was small. We stayed for a night and didn't mind, but I guess it could be a problem if you wanted to stay for longer.

The staff, the care in making the room comfortable and clean, were all very good.
Unfortunately, being a hostel, it is not a great place for sleeping, even with a private room. In spite of their request to be quiet after 10 pm, it is quiet until around 11 pm, at which time the majority of their guests reel in from their night on the town and don't care at all about keeping quiet until well after midnight. No fault of the proprietor. If you want a drinking crowd and have no trouble not sleeping until 1am, it's a great place.

Great location, lovely helpful and communicative staff, clean room with strong AC. Mini fridge in room was useful, and we appreciated having two blankets. Good wifi.
Bathroom was very small- difficult if tall! And location was a bit noisy at night so ear plugs help.
