We stayed for 4 nights with our 1 year old and the experience throughout was amazing. Clean and luxurious rooms, king size bed to accommodate our baby co-sleeping with us, super friendly staff who guided us quite well everyday for touring the places around, transportation etc. The restaurant always catered to my special request of preparing baby meals in a warm welcoming way which was a delight for us. Bus stop right outside the hotel so convenient to commute to the city center by Bus Number 7. Loved the stay and we feel content with our choice of Hotel.

Unfortunately, what I liked about this property is way less than what I disliked.
1- 1st of all starting with RECEPTION staff, apart from the blond girl who assisted me during check-in 23rd evening and another girl during checkout(her name lies berta I think) the rest of RECEPTION team is unfriendly specially night time two males staff(especially a male who has quite big body operated on 26th night shift, I asked him for coffee machine in bar turned off early more than an hour before bar closes, he replied in Slovenia we don’t drink coffee at night !!! )
2- breakfast team, same attitude apart from hostesses team (Macedonian girl was very friendly to us) all are unfriendly some of them are not trying well since they don’t know what they’re doing, very disappointing this experience in Radisson blu Hotel.

An excellent hotel, as you would expect from Radisson chain, in a convenient location next to a shopping mall, some 15 minute car ride from the center of Ljubljana. Amazing staff and breakfast.

The property itself is excellent, offering high-quality accommodations, outstanding amenities, and a delicious breakfast. Overall, it provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is located a bit farther from downtown and the main attractions, but getting around is easy with Uber, taxis, or public transportation.

Staff were excellent—smiling and helpful throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the F&B staff in the restaurant were professional. Special thanks to Ivan, who made each visit a great experience. He is the kind of professional who truly knows his guests, even memorizing their favorite beverages so he can offer the same drink the next day. Pretty amazing, and not something you necessarily expect in a 4-star property.
The à la carte menu offered excellent options and the food quality was splendid. The buffet also met expectations, though it was a bit limited in the evenings (but excellent at breakfast).
We had an issue with the bathtub on the first day. Maintenance visited but couldn’t fix it immediately. To my surprise, and despite the fact that we had already accepted we wouldn’t be able to use it, your staff went the extra mile and returned later to resolve the problem. Kudos!
Got charged twice for our minibar consumption, it's a 5 EUR extra charge overall, no biggies – but worth noting so you might watch better to avoid such mistake the next time.
