The breakfast was nice and offered a good start to the day.
The room was not very clean, and we experienced issues with a blocked sink. Additionally, the hotel blocked €100 at check-in, which was not mentioned on Booking.com. This was inconvenient, especially for travelers, as it ties up money unexpectedly. It has now been 6 days since checkout, and the refund is still not visible on my card, which is disappointing.

Nothing for the price...
Unfortunately, this hotel is far from a 4-star experience. The shower water temperature kept switching from hot to cold and the pressure was very weak. The internet connection was extremely slow — I couldn’t even load Netflix. The windows cannot be opened, which makes the room feel stuffy. Breakfast looks good at first glance, but most of the food tasted disappointing. Overall, not worth the rating.

Great location. Amazing stuff. Almost always celan.
The way that hotel is built, windows cannot open! So in winter the room temperature is 25 degrees! Even when you set it to lower....every guest was complaining. They have central heating so you cannot get a colder room, that is insane. We couldnt sleep. And also...for hotel like this in Ljubljana, wifi should work seamless. But no. Wifi isnt usable...its dropping, speed is less then 1mbps...
Also we get one dirty towel. This was first time so it was not important that much.

It had no air and the temp couldnt change ventilation isnt the best it works you feel the air coning true but not enough for someone w asthma and make sure you open the water to bath fully cuz it will drip and flood the bathroom

This was a high level hotel all in all. The outside look of the hotel is outstanding, they have a really practical indoor garage that keeps your car safe, really easy to come in and to come out, works automatically trough you registration plates (you pay it additionally, but that's normal). The breakfast was impressive and generous. So many choices and very comfortable atmosphere in the place you eat. The room was also amazing, carpet trough the whole room, huge comfy beds, safe doors and hallway, the toilet is nice also. Really amazing hotel especially for the price we got it. Will return if I have a chance.
Almost nothing I can mention. Only small detail, I would like to get slippers in the room, but since the floor has carpets I wouldn't even mention it. Really nice stay and hotel.

Disappointing
Breakfast was great, lots of food and different variety
Rooms are outdated, there are visable wear and tear things that need fixing. TV wasn’t working properly, the baby crib was wobbly had to fix it by myself. The bar area in the lobby is very disappointing, took several attempts to even order the coffee, and coffee is super expensive 3.50€ for a coffee with milk it’s outrageous. Poor communication at the front desk regarding the rooms
