Wonderful
Breakfast was fantastic and had a very large variety of food. The room was comfortable, individual beds was very nice and bathroom was large. Parking was great as well with the fob to save your spot. this helped avoid paying street parking.
Only one item was something we struggled with and that was the A/C as it worked but for some reason if we left with a key inside the unit it would shut off or was not strong enough to cool the room down.

The hotel's location is perfect and fact that they have its own parking. Most of staff are very polite. We didn't like that housekeeping didn't do daily cleaning, only towel change, neither we were informed that cleaning is done more rare. Every day we had to ask for the cleaning. Everything else was good, and we will definitely book this hotel again.

The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was helpful and let me leave luggage for a long time after check-out.
The main issue wold be the soundproofing. You can hear a little both from the neighbors and the AC can shift in different noise during the night.

this was our first stay in hotel M. Hotel is ok for one night stay. rooms are clean, breakfast is really good.. There is public parking just next to hotel

It's conviniently located, 10 minutes from the bus station
The second bedroom doesn't have a fan or ac. the ac in living area had a cheap universal remote which didn't work. After reaching the place we had to fill a online form, this should have been sent earlier. we had to fill it standing on road and adding the passport details etc

Convenient ( as we were on a bike trip) but a 20 minute walk from town. The rooms were convenient and comfortable.
The breakfast provided in the morning was excellent.

All in all a convenient choice for a stay in the city, Tivoli park can be reached on foot and there are smooth public transport options to the city center. Breakfast was correct with different options to choose from.

Location
I’m not sure this property truly meets 4-star standards. The room didn’t even include a bottle of water, and although there is a minibar, it was completely empty. Overall, it feels more like a practical place to sleep and move on rather than a hotel offering comfort or atmosphere. Everything is very minimal and dry, lacking warmth, character, or any sense of taste or aesthetic. Acceptable for a short stop, but not memorable.
