The hotel looks good, feels modern, and the room is quite comfortable. The spa facilities and the bar are clearly where this hotel shines.
Although mostly polite and pleasant, the staff were incompetent at handling basic requests (some of which we paid for). There was also a mix-up at check-in, which marred the first impression and was ultimately frustrating (even though it was sorted after an hour or two). Our Premium Room, which, after the check-in confusion, ended up being a spacious Classic Room (a downgrade) on a high floor, was right under the gym (on the 18th floor), which meant we couldn't sleep past 7am due to the clatter of weights being dropped. Nonetheless, for this price point, I would expect much more, and it is a shame....

Location and size of room
1. It said premium double queen bed but the beds were not enough for 2 adults and 2 kids
2. I initially requested a late checkout and was denied, but i had met someone there who did get late checkout for a reasonable fee, when i requested the late checkout via booking i was told we might be able to handle it during check in but upon arrival it was said the hotel is fully booked, but for someone else they did allow it
Overall the staff were really nice and helpful but that last part i can’t comprehend

Loud street and construction noise! Rooms are dated, one of the worst IHG or Intercontinental hotel I have ever stayed in. Surprised they hold the name and intercontinental has not done anything about.
