Location, helpful staff, pool with view, sauna, dinner time. Especially communication through Whatsapp was step in the future.
Sometimes waiting for walet parking to bring my car. But that was busy morning so I can understand that.

Special thanks to the bar staff and colleague Maja at the reception for their kindness and professionalism.
For that price the breakfast should be better. For example there was no fresh cheese at all. Furthermore, I asked the reception twice for an XXL size swimming pool robe and I didn't get one during the 4 days I was at the hotel

The hotel is well prepared and experienced for all type of customers. the restaurant is well designed. food is ok level for me.
a few service staff are unfriendly.... but overall is still great. the car park was additionally added,, with this price of the room, it should be included

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center, making it easy to explore. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was excellent, and the sunset view was truly memorable.

The hotel felt new and modern. My family (with 3 teens) enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym and hot-tub facilities. Very nice to have those options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking under the hotel was safe and hassle free. In terms of location, the immediate area of the hotel isn’t that appealing (but is totally fine and safe, other high rise hotels are clustered here), but it’s a short 10 min walk to the old town area so very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel!
