Wonderful
Although it was a four star hotel, there was no coffee or tea in the room. However, when asked the reception provided us with everything including tea and coffee.

Very nice -fancy hotel, outside the city but close to the bus station. Breakfast was excellent as all the services at this hotel. It deserve the 4 star classification.
taking into consideration that we asked for a room for 3 persons, few things were adjusted for two persons for example the content of the minibar, number of glasses. The shower gel and bathroom cosmetics were refilled jus after 2 days

Front desk guy was very nice and did his best to help. I would not stay here again.
It took switching rooms 3 times until we got one with air conditioning that worked, and the 3rd was weak. First room smelled. On a major road and can hear street noise. Curtains don’t close to block light so plan to get up early! Rooms are all different and weird that bathrooms have no privacy - someone sitting on the bed can literally watch you shower or use the bathroom. 15 mins to LJU airport.

Easy access to the highway between Ljubliana and the airport. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very very clean. The room we had featured a separate shower from the toilet/sink room, which was very helpful as there were three of us sharing a room.. Staff is friendly and helpful. They made sure to call a cab for us at just the right time to get to our flights at the airport. We were too tired to go out for dinner so we bought sandwiches and ice cream at the grocery store which was a very short walk away. We passed a barbecue joint that would have been a better idea!
We asked for a room with an extra twin bed as there were three of us. The twin bed was a small couch that pulled out into a bed. It was fairly comfortable but not as marvelous as the beds themselves.
The decor of our room was called retro. It had shiny, hard and very dark surfaces. The lighting was two bare light bulbs hung from the ceiling, one over each bed. Very glaring and uncomfortable and still very dark in there.

My wife and I had a room with really no buffer between the bed and toilet. The person in the bed heard everything, since there really was no door or other buffer, as the "wall" was really a slotted wood divider between the bed and bathroom.

The location is a bit far from the city center but is easily accessible by bus with a stop just outside the hotel. The staff was super polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a decent size buffet and a la cart eggs and coffee order!! On top all the drinks in the room mini bar were free. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Ljubljana!!!

Hotel je OK. Lokacija je ok. Čistoća, što je najvažnije je bez prigovora. Osoblje je ono zbog čega ide čista 10ka.

Znači, ne mogu reći da je mana, jer je to moje mišljenje, ali ne volim kada se desing gura na uštrb funkcionalnosti. Ako mogu reći da imam prigovor, to je ona stijenka na kadi. Ma dajte. Volio bih da dizajner se istušira i pokuša da ne zalije cijeli wc. Ali, kao što rekoh, moje mišljenje. Ostale su sobe valjda bolje, obzirom da su sve različite.
Minus designeru, svemu ostalom veliki plus.

Very polite and helpful staff. All of them speak good English. Breakfast was very nice and copious. They gave me extra coffee for the road. Situated less than 10 min from the highway.

Disappointing
Close proximity to city, free parking. Eggs freshly made to order including coffee/teas. Staff were good, helpful and attentive.
Rooms were not upto the expectation, the mattress had springs poking out that gave both me and my partner back pain. Room was fairly small, had different floor levels making it very inconvenient,the shower door had to be raised in order to shut it close.
