The hotel offers free parking, which is a significant advantage in Ljubljana. The breakfast was average but sufficient. Considering the generally high hotel prices in Ljubljana, this property can still be a reasonable option for a one-night stay if you are looking for a budget-friendly choice.
The room was not particularly clean, and there were spider webs in several places. The bed sheets appeared unironed, and the bed squeaked whenever I moved, which affected the quality of sleep. There was also no electric kettle in the room, which was inconvenient.

Good value for the price. We loved the location, close to the park. The hotel has a great Italian restaurant, and the room was spacious with everything we needed.

The attic room was beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless with a skylight that kept it bright and easy to ventilate. The location was fantastic, set on a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the city center through the lovely Tivoli park and forest. Breakfast was solid, and you can enjoy it in the garden when the weather is nice.
Nothing significant to complain about. The walk to the center is lovely but worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility.

The location and the breakfast.
The support posts in the attic room were ugly and dangerous (the bed was hidden behind them, so to get to the bed, you had to squeeze through them). I didn't like the spider webs in the corners of the room. The sheets had a strange smell (I doubted whether they were clean). The refrigerator didn't work, and the cubicle door was broken. I was disappointed, although my expectations had not been high.

The hotel is located very close to the city center and the park, in a quiet neighborhood with the possibility to park your car if you have one for free. The breakfast area is pleasant with pleasant decoration and plenty of space for guests inside and outside in the beautiful courtyard, useful for the warmer months of the year. The room space is comfortable and the first impression wins you over. The staff is polite and pleasant and does their best to satisfy the needs of the customers. There is also a restaurant in the same building with delicious pizza. This is worth trying.
First of all, I didn't like that upon entering the hotel I was asked to pay the full amount. This is something that has never happened to me before. You are supposed to pay upon checkout. The breakfast variety was satisfactory but it was running out and they didn't replenish it either because they didn't have any or because that was the policy for all customers. Complete absence of orange juice or mixed fruit, only French coffee, if you could find it. The napkins were given by the dropper and only if you asked could you find a second one... Ants appeared from the floor and filled the room, went to our pillows and our sheets. The first day they told us that they cleaned them and did a disinfection in the room. The second day the ants came back. We showed the kind employee the problem we had before and she changed us to a room on the upper floor. It was cleaner without insects, but the air conditioning didn't work, the mattresses and bed linens were old like in the first room and had several problems that showed that the unit needed repairs that they didn't do. They rent rooms, and are only interested in profit. I'm sorry but this is the truth... The unit needs attention from the owners and a good renovation.

Location is good, close to park Tivoli and not a long walk to the city center. Breakfast is decent.
We were told that free hotel parking was available, however, there were no spots left when we returned later in the evening several times. There is paid parking nearby, but it only accepts coins, which was quite inconvenient. If “free hotel parking” is advertised, spaces should either be guaranteed for each room or clearly stated as limited and first-come, first-served.
Our room was on the top floor with a very low ceiling. The bed was difficult to access due to beams that we had to climb over. Additionally, the shower door was broken and could not be closed properly.
It’s a shame, as the hotel has potential, but the parking issue needs to be resolved or at least communicated more clearly so guests know what to expect.

Near downtown(15 minutes walk distance) or 2 bus stops (bus number 14) each 15 minutes. Above all very good restaurant in the hotel, best pizza we ever tasted.

Staffs were kindly and ready to assist in any issue. Location is good and parking spot is in front of the hotel and it's free of charge.
Breakfast could have more options. It's was basic in terms of what you can get, and the plates with food should have been replenish more often.

We really liked how cozy and welcoming the hotel felt. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very kind, and the location was peaceful but still well connected to the city. It was a perfect place to relax during our stay in Ljubljana.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations.
