Wonderful
The staff are great , very friendly and very helpful . The location is great near to the train and the bus station. The neighbourhood is nice with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious

The electric switch controls were very convenient.
The rooms are separated by thin walls, so noise from neighboring rooms may be noticeable.

The staff in this hotel is just amazing. I interacted with many of them and they were all so friendly, accommodating and super helpful. What more could you ask for during a hotel stay.
The hotel was centrally located to all the areas which made it so convenient for me to be out until late evening without having to worry about my safety as the area is very lively and saw many police vehicles parked and on the move ensuring safety of the residents and the tourists.
The hotel is very clean, had all the necessary facilities in the room including a kettle with coffee, cups and spoons. Drinking water was provided daily on the house though it is possible to drink tap water without a problem. It’s a beautiful country with beautiful people. I love Slovenia ??, if I ever go back I will stay in the same hotel with no doubt and if I know of anyone going there, I will fully recommend this hotel for sure.

Great location in Ljubljana, the level of the room is 4 stars, nice and new furniture, good taste and style. I must mention particularly the staff, they are all great, helpful and polite. Lucia especially was very helpful and thoughtful.

The location is perfect to walk to all fun places and also train/bus station.

Good looking hotel with comfortable beds and modern features, staff were great and helped us book transport for an early start the next morning.
Hotel was cash only, which was strange when its not particularly cheap. The lightswitches in the room were all illuminated, and the smoke detector had a flashing green light so it was a little like sleeping in a rave. No plugs next to the bed either which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center, within walking distance of many important city landmarks. The rooms are relatively small but very nicely decorated and well equipped. The hotel is very clean, and the room maintenance is excellent. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and professional.
The internet signal in the room is very poor and the credit cards are not accepted.

Air conditioning was not good. Also, food staff using the tiny elevator caused issues a couple of times. Food staff actually seemed mad we were trying to use the elevator.

The location is very central. Staff are very friendly and the room is comfortable.
The wifi is awful (and we were only in the first floor) and we needed to use our own 3Gs to even access something basic like whatsapp. The lift is way too small and crammed to fit basic suitcases. Breakfast is also not bad but very limited for a 3-star hotel.
