Huge and comfortable hotel with enough parking space, easy to find. Equally adequate for business as for touristic purposes. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, attentive staff, check-out at 12:00, everything fits for overnight or couple of days stay. My daughter and her mother were happy.
Some refreshment of rooms would be due soon. Value for money is not as it was before, Location is acceptable if you are by car visitor.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were clean.
The service at reception was very disappointing. The staff member we dealt with was impatient and unfriendly.
We paid €500 per night, and at this price, I expected a much higher standard. The hotel is poorly maintained, with several serious safety hazards, including broken glass and damaged tiles around the pool.
Even more concerning, the extra bed provided for our child had a protruding screw near the head area, creating a very serious safety risk. This is simply unacceptable, especially for a hotel charging €500 per night.
Overall, there is very poor value for money. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.

Very Good
I liked the location of the hotel, best location to select for traveling withing Slovenia. Lot of parking spaces in the back of the hotel, in the front only a small parking place always full. Breakfast room was big enough and great service, inconvenient was only the location far away and not possible to access with room elevators. Great gym size and also billiard and table tennis was available. Dining possibility in the restaurant, great experience. Staff was really helpful and nice. Quite close to the downtown of the city.
What we did not like was the "spa" one small sauna on one place on the another one was a big Finnish sauna, however not with lot of possibilities to rest. The pool was small and deep - mainly for swimming, however it was crowded therefore was not possible to swim. It is too deep for kids.

The room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was expensive but it was fantastic. The location was handy to get to town if you had a car too and parking was easy.
The location was a little way from town, if you have a car it is ok, otherwise it is not so convenient.

Great property. So happy we chose the property on the outskirts of town. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Foosball, billiards and ping pong for kids. Work out room. Breakfast is amazing. Great beds and pillows. We had three people in the room with roll away bed and it was comfortable as well. Easy access to the freeway to go to Bled and Postojna.

Everything was great and the pool was an added bonus. We decided to make this a rest stop and it worked.
Breakfast was amazing and staff around the bar were great too.
For us it was a bit far from things and we had to uber everywhere. Perhaps a more frequent shuttle into the city would have helped.

Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety of choices. One of the biggest advantages of the accommodation is the Tesla chargers in the parking area. We were able to charge our electric car every evening after returning from our day trips. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the motorway.
This was the first time we had ever stayed in what we considered a luxury hotel. Based on the Sheraton brand and the price we paid, we expected a beautiful, clean, and well soundproofed room. Instead, the furniture felt outdated, as if it had been left over from the 1990s, and we could hear everything from both the corridor and the room above us, including conversations and footsteps.
When we requested housekeeping, it was obvious that the area behind the door had not been cleaned, as dust bunnies were still there.
As someone who exercises regularly, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its gym. However, I now understand why there is only a single photo of it online - it is so sparsely equipped that everything fits into one picture.
The swimming pool was also disappointing. From a brand like Sheraton, we expected a proper wellness area with a hot tub or similar facilities. However, the photos are accurate: it really is just a standard swimming pool.

The property is new, modern, has a very spacious and free parking, and a very good breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Pets are allowed.
It also has a pool and a sauna with a free access and a big gym.
There is no room service, you can take the food from the restaurant yourself and bring it to your room - going around the hotel with a tray is a bit ridiculous.
