Not much, high price for nothing
I checked in to the room and temperature outside was 32 degree room was hot even the AC was running
The temperature didn’t go down in 2 hours, i was asking the reception for solution and they kept telling me you need to open the window and re close it firmly then the AC will work
I went out and came back in the night but still the room was hot
I kept asking them for solution finally one person came from the reception and tried open close window then he said Im sorry the hotel is full and there is nothing we could do tonight
I couldn’t sleep whole night even next day i had important business meeting!

Breakfast was delicious and the choice was rich with all items fully stocked and refilled often. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and a big shower. Pool was big, nice and clean.
It's a bit far from the city center so a car is a must have.

Please Please visit Robin restaurant!! - amazing food wow, and Iris the manager/wait staff was so lovely. u won't regret going to food there.
Bed comfy, all clean. recommend. :)
maybe just the location, but if u have a car, then there's no problem.
Also Sauna is very small. But the pool seems nice!

The hotel has large rooms and comfortable beds. Nice pool and great sauna. Showers should be better in the Spa and more sunbeds.
Otherwise, the lobby is quite spacious and has a nice bar / restaurant to relax with a drink and some snacks.
The advantage of the hotel is the large parking lot in front of the building, which allows you to park for free without a reservation.
I have to emphasize the staff is the best part of the whole story when visiting this hotel. They are very accommodating and help you with absolutely everything. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them, because they all turned our stay into a nice experience, even though it didn't start out that way since we froze the first night.
For a hotel of this category, it is unacceptable that we froze the first night. I literally got sick and developed a fever. The staff was very accommodating and in the morning when I reported the problem, they tried to fix the central heating installations but it wasn't enough and then they gave us a small heater that we used the second and third day. In the end, they reduced our bill by the value of the "New Years holiday" price. So the staff still turned this into a fair and proper experience. Thanks again for everything. I hope they don't have problems like this in the future.

The breakfast selection was excellent. The quality of the dinner was excellent. The wine selection is impressive. Christmas dinner is extraordinary.
The pancakes and bacon were cold. There were no hangers for robes and towels in the wellness area. The sauna wasn't hot, we had to turn it on.

good breakfast, nice clean room ,the location is in the middle of nowhere but if you have a car you can reach the city center in few minutes!
small gym , expensive shop, if you are booking half board ,dinner not really reflect four star...if you choose something from the menu it is better. So my advice just book with breakfast! The city is full of good restaurants!!

Very disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to be prestigious.
This was my first time encountering such poor service. That night it was extremely cold, and the heating in our room was not working. Despite informing the staff, no one responded and no solution was offered, even though the outside temperature was –5°C.
Completely unacceptable for a hotel with such a big name. Truly disappointing.
