Excellent location. A short (1 block) walk to the old town and the river. Very convenient parking in the garage under the hotel with an elevator from the garage to the hotel lobby for €24 per day. The hotel has a very nice modern exterior and lobby. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice with modern décor, but ours was on the small size, or I would have rated them a 10. There was barely enough space to walk around the bed. There was a luggage shelf, a small desk, ample number of electrical outlets in convenient locations, A/C, TV, WIFI, small refrigerator and safe. Very comfortable large double bed with 4 large exceptional quality pillows. They provide a menu with four different comfort pillows to select from. The bathroom was small, but adequate with a very nice large walk-in shower and a shelf to put your toiletry items. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the ground floor was excellent with a large assortment of items to suit all nationalities.
I would have rated this hotel a 10 except for the small room size.

Simple but comfortable room within walking distance of many of the sights in the city. It's across the street from one of the main entries to the expansive pedestrian areas of the city, making the hotel excellent in its location for tourism.
I would ask for a room on a higher floor than the second. The hotel is surrounded on three sides by busy traffic streets, complicated by early morning truck and machinery noise at a building site across the street. The latter should not last but it's unsure when the building site may be finished. THe streets seemed to be pretty quiet after about 9 pm, but the truck noise started a little after 6 in the morning.

Location. And staff at check in. Check out was another story. It’s used by a bunch of travel / tour groups. If your arrival or departure coincides, you are s.o.l.
It has Soviet era hospital vibes once you get past the reception desk. Rooms were bland, basic furniture.

Fantastic location right by the waterfront in town Square. Great breakfast. Super helpful staff (Nick) who helped me get my car in and out of the Auto elevator, which is a tight fit.
Parking is very tight but standard for the area.
