Great location
All the lights were too bright

Very Good
Very central location, you can walk to all the places.
The bathroom is my main complaint. Once the light is on, you can see the person clearly from the outside. Not very private for a family with adult child.

Wonderful
Close to city center. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
Small bathroom. Needed more outlets for charging devices near beds.

Very Good
The location is fantastic, just minutes away from everything. The City Hotel is just two blocks away and it was the pickup point for several tours that we booked. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful with very good English. The bed was comfortable.
The room is tiny (which we knew when we booked). The toilet is about 1 meter from the bed and separated only by a translucent sliding glass door. You definitely don't want to leave the toilet lid up when you flush ?. There are no shelves or towel racks in the bathroom and just one small hook by the shower. The other hooks in the room are weird knobs that are more of a design element than functional. We didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep so it was fine for three nights.
There was plenty of lighting in the room but the overhead light was uncomfortably bright

Exceptional
Very clean, everything seems pretty new.
The matresses were very comfortable.
The placement was perfect for us, walking distance to center and to train station.
There was a bit of noise from the street.
The bathroom has window walls (opaque, but still, not a lot of privacy).
The food from the breakfast wasn't very high quality, it's the same as every Ibis I ve stayed at, not very tasty.

Pleasant
The hotel is well placed in the city. Friendly and helpful staff and car park next door. Good breakfast.
The hotel also has hostel type accommodation and our private room was below the standard we expect at the price point. No bar (just a vending cooler) and the roof terrace was out of action. Reception is on 7th floor and you cannot park the car until you've checked in and obtained a carpark pass (£50 deposit). Very poor room. Glass sliding door on the toilet and shower. Toilet is right next to the bed (pillow end). Overall poor value

Very Good
The guest rooms are renovated; they are new and clean. The hotel is not too far from the center of the city. It’s about a 10-minute walk.
There’s nothing I didn’t like. It’s a huge boxy industrial-looking building, which is shared by two hotels. The other property is a hostel. So, there are many young travelers like backpackers. They were harmless, but if you are expecting a regular hotel, you may be shocked.

Good
Hostel kind of vibes but with very clean rooms. Good breakfast and communal area. The hotel is located in the city center and right opposite to a police station (helpful for solo female travelers).

Fair
There was a complimentary welcoming water and snack
Layout of the room with the partitioning of the bathroom and toilet is very poorly done, there was also limited sound proof and I would hear the noise from the street

Very Good
Location is great.
The parking lot in the garage was costy (it does not belong to the hotel, I do understand) Check in counter is on the top floor, so itwas not quite convenient for us to check in.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Needing to repack my gear after checkout in the lounge - having someone simply say - dont work, take your time - is priceless.

Disappointing
Breakfast
AC in the room was not working , we informed staff thrice , they did nothing . One staff informed us there is no one available to look into the AC .
We spent three sleepless nights in the room with no AC and extreme heat.
