Wonderful
The property was very responsive to communications. Arrival and check out went smoothly. The location was very convenient to dining and attractions. The room was well decorated, updated, and very clean.
The only thing that I would note, and it wasn't that big of a deal, is that our room was in the front on the ground level and right along the main street of restaurants. It was a little loud late into the evening as people were still out having a good time and we had a long day of travel.

Great central location in town. Easy to walk to anything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful for check in & check out. Was also an easy walk from the parking garage.
We did get a room that had windows right on to the street which was a bit noisy, but not a huge deal.

The location couldn’t be any better! And the staff was really helpful. Next door is the Cacao Cafe where we had our breakfast, also was an amazing experience. We parked in paid parking building located 6 walking mins away from the hotel (the hotel is located in a pedestrian only zone).
We stayed with our 2 kids there. We did not get charged extra for the kids so I can’t complain about the room being too small for 4 people ?

The room is very spacious, and the staff is very welcoming. The shower is also large and comfortable. The rooms are located next to Cacao Coffee Shop, a wonderful place to visit that offers some excellent vegan options. The location is right in the heart of the city center! Not far away, there's a great vegan restaurant called Gaudi & Naan. If I have a chance I will visit again at Cacao, I wish to express my thanks to the staff at Cacao
Our room was on the ground floor at street level and was not soundproof. Anyone who is very sensitive to noise may find it difficult to sleep well at night, It wasn’t a problem for me personally, but it’s worth knowing. Additionally, the hotel is located in the city center and is closed to vehicle access. We arrived by car intending to drop off our luggage and return the vehicle to the rental company, but ended up circling around several times before realizing that it’s not possible to drive up to the hotel entrance—this is important to note.
Aside from that, the property is about a 20–25 minute walk from the main train station and the car rental company. at the end of our stay we just walk to the train station with our luggage - no problem!

Size of the room and the bathroom amenities were great. Location is the best! Rooms are quite soundproof and secure.
Kitchenette could use microwave. Ceilings are cave-like and could use soom attention for cobwebs. Can be difficult to locate the one staff member in charge of rooms. Bathroom towels did not smell fresh.

If you are having a few days away in Ljubiana this Jem of a hotel is a must.
You walk out of the front door straight onto one of the main parts of the city. The river is straight in front of you with the main square, bridges, shops and castle in easy reach. Loads of bars and restaurants wether you turn left or right.
Also there are loads of organised trips to book from Ljubiana to Lake Bled, Caves and Castles.
