Good
Location, staff
Omg what a dump. Supposedly remodeling… think that ship sailed years ago. Very very rundown. Scary hallway

Staff was very nice and accommodating as well as helpful to modify my reservation for one night to two nights and assigning one room for all the stay.
Early morning construction noise. No signs directing to the hotel and when asking for directions fron locals, nobody knew Best Western which is actually very well known under the name of SLOAN hotel.

Wonderful
Excellent location - very abundant breakfast - great choice
Hard to find hotel on GPS - had to call them - but they sent a member of staff to help us. Parking is very expensive - originally given a room where construction was going on right outside the room window. They then changed our room after we objected.

Very Poor
good location, close to the Old Town and all the shops, decent breakfast
The property is old and has an unpleasant smell, and there is construction going on, so you can’t open the windows. It is also noisy at night because the hotel is located on a busy street.

Location, room, staff were all amazing but the BREAKFAST!!!! INCREDIBLE!!!!!
We were on the street side and it was pretty noisy. And the strong chlorine smell in the room from the cleaners. But that meant it was clean! Valet parking kinda pricy.

Great location. Very friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast.
For the price the property is a bit dated and could benefit from general upgrades

Location and staff
The room is somewhat outdated, furniture needs replacing. That being said, I believe I saw signs that renovation was in progress.

Wonderful
The hotel is perfectly located for a stay in Ljubljana. Easy walking distance to old down, castle, dragon bridge, etc. Also located right on the public transit lines if you need them. The breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of variety and fresh. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
The hotel is doing some refurbishment, so just be aware. It absolutely did NOT impede our stay in the least, just some of the aesthetics are a little off while being refurbished. Still, a terrific place to stay....don't let this minor detail stop you!

Fabulous location, comfortable beds.
The room interiors were a little tired. Also, the construction going on was super loud right outside our window.
