We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — convenient, safe, and close to everything we needed. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Room temperature too warm. Windows open and brought cool air but too noisy and too much light. Heavy drapes that went to floor covered the air conditioning unit under the windows

Clean, spacious, quiet and in a convenient location. The bedding was wonderful. The espresso machines in the breakfast room were great. Basically unlimited.
The L’Occitane lotion smelled like bug spray. Lots of choices at breakfast, but much of it didn’t really have a lot of flavor.

When we checked in we were given a room without air conditiioning. It was hot that day so we needed AC. We informed the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room, that was a little bigger, that had AC. One of the most comfortable beds of our trip. The breakfast and the staff were great. The hotel was centrally located so we could park and walk to most locations.
Directions to the hotel were somewhat difficult to follow given that it doesn't show up correctly on the maps. Their email with directions helped more, but be prepared to see the surrounding city while you try to find it. Once we did find it we were very happy.

Hotel is very old , we had lots of things were broken like bathroom door, the whole room and the eqıipment needs a big maintenance
Room was very small that there is desk on one side of the bed only because of lack of place
