Fair
The host allowed us to check-in a few minutes early and was very quick to respond whenever we messaged. This was extremely helpful when we had to park at the free lot nearby which the host had to open each time we entered and left.
Our room showed clear signs of neglect. Several light fixtures were broken and held together with tape, the shower had visible mold, and thick dust had accumulated on lights and curtains. It’s not ideal for families dealing with asthma or allergies.

Good
Host was easy to reach, accommodating and communicated well. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. Parking was easy to arrange (through the host). It was about a 24 minute walk into the heart of the city, so a bit further than expected. Windows look out onto the walkway (our room at least) so no outdoor area.

Our stay at Apartment Shishka in Ljubljana was absolutely amazing! The apartment was clean, modern, and very welcoming. Everything felt so well taken care of and professional. But what truly made the experience stand out was the receptionist—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of understanding. She even gave us a map and showed us the best places to visit, which made our trip even better. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had renting an apartment. My whole family felt the same—we loved it, and we’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Ljubljana. Highly, highly recommended!
