The location was as good as it got I would stay here just for the location. Staff was super friendly wifi speed was very good and the breakfast was very well thought out and prepared.
Wish the room was slightly larger, even though I understand that there are larger rooms we could have paid for. The room lacks storage space and space to hang your clothes.

Location is great
Didn't expect spider webs in the room. Cushions are not very comfortable, loud surroundings.

The location was excellent, so was the staff and cleanliness. The rooms are small and there was some street noise if the windows were left open.
Room was very small.

Receptionist staff were all very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant. Gaia in particular was awesome! Room was very comfortable. Location for walking to restaurants and attractions was perfect! If we return we would stay no where else.
Excellent Location. Staff. Breakfast

Clean, updated, bigger bathroom and shower. Very nice breakfast and terrific staff.
Room was too small with bed pushed against wall. I think the desk and chair should be removed to make room around the bed.
Hard to find at first. Could not park car nearby. Did not like the spiral staircase.
Too small to be a 4 star hotel.

The location is great and the room was very clean and comfortable! We appreciated the option for early check in and the directions on parking.
I think for the price, I would expect breakfast to be included in the rate.

The hotel is on the edge of the old town, which made it quiet for sleeping but a quick walk to the restaurants and shops in the daytime. It’s a boutique hotel so only 3-4 rooms per floor. Room was small but very comfortable, AC (very important in the heat wave). Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was included in a nice back garden. We booked 6 months ahead and got a great price per night. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! The free breakfast due to the current construction that is going on to the front of the hotel was unexpected but enjoyed.
Room and bathroom was small. Would have been difficult to manage if I would have been traveling with someone else. No place to open suitcases. Also no place to put a razor or other toiletries in the shower with you.

The staff at the Bloom Hotel were very helpful and friendly. They were super helpful with all of our requests and made us feel very valued customers. Breakfast was to a very high standard with a good selection of food and drinks giving us a great start to the day.
Room was very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful
Super cute aesthetic motel and friendly, helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was spacious with great water pressure and water heater.
Room was on the smaller end and the space was taken up almost entirely by the bed. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. Staircase could use a railing for safety.

Good
Excellent location, very good breakfast, beautiful courtyard, nice room.
The shower was the weirdest & worst designed I have ever encountered anywhere, actually unsafe. The shower door folded inward with only a very tiny knob, not even a handle, at the outside edge to pull the door open once closed. I closed the door, preparing to take a shower, then tried to open it again & couldn't. The seal was fairly tight & the tiny knob useless, so there was absolutely no way to pull the door inward to get out again, and that was with dry hands! The shower surround was far too high for anyone of normal height to reach the top of the door & there was no way to signal for help. I struggled with it for a very long time getting more panicked before finally managing to wedge a finger through the door seal enough to pull hard enough to force the door to start folding. This is DANGEROUS! A door that folded outward or even a properly sized & positioned handle would solve the problem, but otherwise that shower is a terrifying trap.
