Lokacija je odlična, doručak bogat, osoblje ljubazno. Pogled na planine savrsen.
S obzirom na cijenu noćenja smatram da je soba trebala biti "novija", tuš kabina je premala za odraslog čovjeka, vidi se da je soba starija iako spada pod renoviranu sobu.

Beautiful location
Best breakfast we had in ages
We were walking the Alpe Adria trail and spent two nights in this hotel. When we arrived we queued to check in but the receptionist ignored us and served someone else that decided to cut the queue. Maybe we looked too scrubby for the place.
The first night the neighbours invited other guests to their balcony (the window needs to be open since there’s no ventilation/aircon) and it was impossible to sleep from the noise they were making. I complained to the front desk and they warned the neighbours but nothing really happened. It went on until 12:30. This is a large hotel and there’s plenty of communal spaces where to sit and chat/drink with your friends. You pay a high price hoping to get some peaceful and relaxing time but it’s not guaranteed. I would have given a 9 to this place if the first night wouldn’t have been a waste

The view outside our hotel room was amazing. The location is very close to Italy & Austria. There is a pool on the property. A gym is available across the road, though it has limited hours. Very bike-rider-friendly. Breakfast is included. Free parking is also included
Steps away from the town, with many restaurant options and a market.
The property is a little dated in need of some upkeep. There is no air conditioning. Suggest you request a floor fan. If you came in the warmer months. The bathroom could do with some maintenance, as can the electrical outlets. There is only one elevator and it was out of service.

Big parking lot for many cars and motorcycles.

Beautiful location.
I can't recommend this resort to people with asthma or other lung problems. There was a very extreme parfum smell in the lobby, especially on Sunday, and the cleaning supplies smelled really strong as well. After one full day of keeping the balcony doors open the smell finally became unnoticeable in the room. But had to hold my breath while walking in the lobby because it triggered my asthma immediately. Didn't have this problem in other resorts/hotels during my holiday.

It was a bit dated - elevator wasn’t working when we were there - lugging suitcases up four flights of stairs was not ideal.

Very good location, room with a balcony and a beautiful view on the mountains
The room was very basic and lacked some amenities that are normally expected nowadays. For example, there was no power outlet near the bed, which made it inconvenient to charge devices during the night.
The bathroom was also rather impractical, as there was no shelf or suitable surface to place personal toiletries and belongings. While the hotel was clean and the stay was acceptable, the facilities felt old-fashioned and could benefit from modernization and some attention to detail. With a few improvements, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Location is amazing, just 20 meters to slopes and 200 meters to the city center. Hotel is quite old, but very good and clean. Definitely recommend

There were no more available rooms at Hotel Ramada Resort, so the kind staff moved us to Hotel Kompas.
The hotel is, in a word, perfect. Very nice and comfortable rooms to stay in, and an excellent, plentiful breakfast and dinner. The indoor pools and spa are included — it doesn’t get any better than that. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
