Pleasant
Location very convenient, walk to restaurants. Easy free parking. Price fair, we chose to save money and forego having pool or spa facilities. Breakfast buffet large and included. Balcony with mountain view was good to have, but it is behind concrete, sort of boxed in. Staff was accommodating. Convenient having a bar/cafe attached with an impressive wine list.
This hotel has no air conditioning! We missed this detail until too late. It was 90 degrees out, all week, in May. The staff brought us a fan upon request which helped, and we slept with doors open and overnight it was much cooler.
There are no outlets by the beds, only 2 outlets in room, one was used for the fan, was hard to charge our devices and use CPAP.
We asked the night before where to go to make our coffee/tea in the AM which we brought with us, just needed mugs and kettle, they told us in the restaurant room. But the hotel staff at restaurant (same guy as at desk night before) strictly did not allow us to bring in our own oatmilk, bottle of water, coffee/tea, very strange. We were then told to go to front desk and ask for a kettle for the room. Probably a language barrier, it arrived at the room in just a few minutes, would have been nice to just get it the night before when we asked.

Wonderful
Meals were nice and decent, everything was delicious. Staff were helpful and flexible. Our room was large enough for spend time there with kids also. View of the ski slopes and mountains added an extra taste of the region. It is easy to reach wonderful hiking locations within 15 minutes, so it is a perfect place to start.
Everything was nice, but maybe in ski peak season it may be crowded and noisy.

Location, and it was really clean.
Parking. Although it is free for hotel guests (in front of the hotel, underground parking is charged), they charge parking for everybody else. It is almost impossible to get a parking place which is quite annoying when you're a guest of the hotel.

Great location right at the town center, and close by to the slopes, and it was clean as was rated by others, and rated on booking. My respect to the cleaning staff. I hope they get some bonus for it.
No any amenities for kids. You can use nearby amenities at Ramada hotel (cca 300m away) like playroom (charged 5 Euros), and a swimming pool (not so big for all the guests from both Ramada hotels). Moreover, it is not enjoyable to walk from pool hotel back to other one at freezing cold weather after you got wet.
Furthermore, the Parking! Outside parking is jamed, and parking spots are for really small cars. If there is no parking there, they sent you to park a couple kilometers away to other parking place!!! And the best is that there is a parking under the hotel but probably it is charged. Nevertheless, nobody told us that. I would take it if I knew, especially due to the cold weather and falling snow.
And final touch was the ski room. Ski room is cramped with cages for skies and ski shoes that is opened with a key, and you have to pay 10 Euros for it (they return the money back). But, entrance to Ski Room is with your Room card key.
These things are not really a dislike, but more suggestions for improvement.

Location was good. Also the room was a good size and well furnished. The hotel and room both were very clean. There was ample parking right outside which proved to be useful.
The staff during check in was courteous, but quite matter of fact and not especially helpful when we asked a few questions. They seemed in a hurry to finish the conversation even though there was no one else around to serve. Breakfast was average and lacking in options of good bread and cheese, but passable.

It was a great location and it had an elevator which was very nice. The staff were very friendly. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants.
They didn’t have any plugins next to the bed. I also didn’t like that you had to walk 100 meters to their sister hotel to use the pool.

Everything was Good……Great Location right opposite to Mercator Supermarket where we get almost everything we possibly needed.
We even collected our Tall Very Effective Table Fan from the Reception as there is no AC (a Staff in the Reception said I won’t be needing a Fan as the weather is cold ?…..He was partially right, we didn’t need 1 at night,
but In the Day, I did need 1 as I go around Dancing ?)
The Heating system Didn’t work both nights.
On asking the Reception they said it works after 8 PM …… so give it some time
I informed her, We did give the Heating system an entire night, the First night, but it didn’t work.
Then she said, she will check from the Reception.
I asked her to send a Technician ?? or someone, she sent him to us in 10 mins and He couldn’t do anything and HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK ……Never Returned.
It was 8 Degrees Centigrade and we are from the Middle East, so I was Chattering ? on bed ? But the Only relief was, since it was in the month of September …… I was uncomfortable? only for like 2 hours.

Hotel is located in the city center, nice view from the room, and there is free parking space for the hotel guests. Breakfast is good, and enough refill if needed. Very nice view from the restaurant where meals are served. Rooms are very clean and the bead is comfortable.
The hotel needs renovation, it is outdated. Even the soft renovation would go a long way.
It takes one or two minutes for Hot water to start in the shower, which can take you by surprise for the first time.
