Hotel je blizu centra, do svega se može doći pješice. Soba je bila čista i uredna. Ima parking za automobil koji je odmah ispred hotela.
Neobično mi je bilo plaćanje na check in-u, ne sviđa mi se ta praksa. Televizor je zastarjeli, ima nekoliko osnovnih programa, a daljinski se preuzima i vraća na recepciji. Nema frižidera u sobi, a dobro bi došao s obzirom na to da nije bilo večere u ponudi većinu tjedna. Na recepciji nema nikakvih preporuka aktivnosti u blizini.

Excellent location with the exit to the ski slope.
Friendly and helpful staff, good rooms.
Ski storage on the ground floor is very helpful.
Having more available drying facilities for ski shoes and clothes would be very handy for the hotel that is on the slope.
The only rack in the ski room does not seem to be enough.
All the rest seems to be great!

Perfect location, very comfortable bed, and extremely friendly staff.
The accommodation is ideally located, making everything easy to reach. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff were exceedingly accommodating. They helped us with a place for our bikes and stored our bags for 3 days while we were off on an excursion. The breakfasts were excellent.
The Wifi in our room was terrible - pretty much useless. The hot water in the shower took more than 15 minutes of running it for it to get hot.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and the location was great. It was walking distance from Lake Jasna. The parking was also included which was easily accessible.

Excellent staff and a good location. Very good breakfast. Very accommodating of our bicycles and luggage storage. Comfortable lounge and rooms were cozy.
WiFi was terrible and hot water in shower was minimal (required us to run the water for 15+ minutes to get any degree of hotness). Dinner as not a great value when we realized drinks were not included (should have told us that up front).

Great alpine village & lots of cafes to walk to. Hotel was well situated & pretty common areas & breakfast area. Rooms are pretty basic but functional. Nice view of mountains out window. Great value.

They were able to check us in at noon instead of 3pm!
Breakfast was excellent.
Also, of course beautiful view.
The double bed was two small beds next to each other, which is not uncommon but it's also not particularly comfortable.
We also wish that even earlier checkin was possible (although of course this would be extra credit!) - we arrived very early, around 9am, after 30+ hours of travel, before most other guests arrived, and after many previous guests had left; it would have been very nice if the order of the rooms cleaned prioritized those guests who had already arrived, but it seemed that they were just cleaned in a standard order, and it took until 12.30 before we could get into our room. We spent our 3 hours waiting in a zombie-like state.
Obviously this would be above and beyond, and perhaps I'm wrong and this was actually done. Just thought to give my input. It would have been ultra-professional if we could have gotten in earlier.

It was a very modern type ski hotel right close to the center of the Kranska Gora business street with restaurants and shops - all within easy walking distance. The provided breakfast was over the top with a myriad of food choices. Would highly recommend

The hotel is a convenient choice for a short stopover, especially during summer when many guests seem to stay just one night. The rooms are spacious, and the option of three- or four-bed rooms makes it particularly suitable for families. Overnight stays with breakfast are also more affordable than anywhere else in the area. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
There is no fridge in the room.
