Perfect place for couples as well as families with children. Rooms are big enough for longer stay, the kitchen has everything it's almost like you're in your own home, there is also a spa that you can use for a not so high price, in a separate room there is a pool table as well as a lot of board games so families can play and enjoy evenings together.
Nature is beautiful, we had balcony and window with mountain view so when you wake up the first thing you enjoy is the view.
Owner is nice and friendly, eager to help you with any requests.

According to the owner, we got a bigger apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of cooking gadgets. It was very warm and cosy. The beds were as hard as we liked them, and there were additional things for the sofa bed so that our kids could have a perfect and calm sleep.
In the house, there is a separate room for playing the billiards and SPA.
Everything was very clean and new.

What a beautiful apartment! We had a lovely stay. Our host Borut was kind, responsive and very friendly. We liked him immediately the moment we met.
The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything, including “real” oven, microwave/grill combo oven (which is very common in this part of Europe), dishwasher, salt and pepper and lots of plates and cups. It was very tastefully decorated and with the most comfortable bed and pillows that we slept so well - I missed how comfortable it was already!
The balcony had a wonderful view of the church (see the first photo). Even though it did not have a washing machine in our apartment, Borut offered one in the basement that we could use. He also had very good bikes that you can rent for the day.
We also loved the location in quiet town of Ratece which is just a 10 minutes drive away from Kranjska Gora but without all hassle and bustle of the tourists… Thank you so much Borut! We hope to come back again very soon!

Very nice accommodation where nothing major is missing. The accommodation is in a nice location, near Planica (a few kilometres), a short distance from the waterfall Peričnik, lake Bled, etc. - all easily accessible by car.
The Wi-Fi quality was inferior throughout our stay, and on the last day, the connection was not working at all (they were working on repairing it upon our departure). The owner required payment in cash. There is no ATM in the place of accommodation, but there are ATMs in the vicinity that offer a very disadvantageous exchange rate.

Great place in a quiet village of Ratece. Beautiful view of the mountains from the terrace. The place is a great base for cycling and hiking trips.

The apartament was very good equipped, super cozy and also spottless! I loved the stream humming behind the parcel. The owners was on holiday but all instructions was perfectly clear for us and we felt really comfortable there.

The apartment was very clean, the parking situation was good, the sauna was amazing value. We enjoyed billiard in the basement.
Like most apartments in the region, this one was very functional, but not really cozy. I can only speak for the studio apartment, though.
