Great location, free parking, groceries, restaurants and gas close by, appreciated the fridge and kettle in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, clean and comfortable room. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Easy access to the trails that lead to Napoleon's Bridge, the Soca River, and Waterfall Kozjak - I walked down from the hotel itself. I also appreciated that I could turn on the air because it was hot in the room and I didn't want to leave the window open and let bugs in overnight.
The bathroom is a bit of a wet bathroom, so when you shower the majority of the room gets wet. Wasn't a problem for me because I was travelling solo, so it would be dry by the time I needed to use it next.

A wonderful location for visiting the Soca Valley. Located in the center of Kobarid near restaurants. The staff were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The room was very clean, with a nice patio opening up to an orchard. A good breakfast with nice selection. Good value for money.

This property is extremely clean, everything we needed was in the room including mini-fridge and air conditioning, beautiful view from our balcony, excellent location walking distance to restaurants and beginning of the Kobarid Historical trail. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bedroom had a view of the church tower and the mountains. The balcony provided a view of the Soča valley. We really loved staying here.

Andreja and her family own this charming property, which is conveniently located in the small, enchanting town of Kobarid.
She is very sweet, and works very hard to have a friendly atmosphere. She has a little area near the front desk where she sells some local products, which make for nice gifts to bring home.
The rooms were simple, but had all We needed for a relaxing stay while we toured and hiked around the area.it was great to have free parking, as well as good nearby restaurants, and a few ice cream shops!
Unfortunately i left a dress behind, but Andreja’s cleaning lady found it, so she will keep it for me until i return… so i have a good excuse to go back and enjoy more of the area.
We would absolutely stay here again when in Kobarid.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, firstly the owners helped me by booking a taxi from the airport but when the taxi cancelled the day before they came themselves to pick me up, going above and beyond anything I would have expected.
The location is ideal, the town stunning and the room itself was very well thought out and spotlessly clean.
As a bonus I was able to see fireflies from the balcony at night, such an amazing place.
Nothing that I can think of, I regrettably only stayed the one night.

Perfect location, so very easy to get to the main sights, incredible room, absolutely gorgeous building and surroundings, staff were great. Owner was so very kind, I had mentioned in emails with her before I made reservation that the rooms were so pretty but I especially loved the purple room, I am crazy about purple. Well guess which room we were given, yes!! It was heavenly to watch the walls all turn rose color as the sun rose through the magenta curtains! So enchanting. Everything superb, including the breakfast, wish I could give the experience there 6 stars!
